How do you unlock the second route? After saying goodbye to Hetty (finishing the first route) nothing unlocked for me. I got all the rewards from the first route too.

guys story quest part 2 start at time garden, after you enter the map you see a npc there and you can do all quests again whith the other partner

I finish both story quest, got the mount but i only got one costume voucher. All the flowers in the adventure book are all open. Maybe this is a bug?

Look for the quest list at the right, there will be a new story quest for you to start the second route
It starts in Time Garden.

They should have added that 2 costume ticket for all the free costume reward from the main quest so we can get for both gender T3T
For CN players, they got 2. There's a bug regarding that costume, then they fixed it and gives a costume voucher for compensation.
