This series really shows the difference between being kind and just being harmless.
Inuyashiki , the protagonist, chose to do good and tried to not hurt anyone or abuse his power even though he very much could.
Whereas Hiro is just a straight up psychopath who is choosing to live out every intrusive thought he's ever had. Showing that he was always a budding serial killer deep down who was just harmless because he didn't actually have the *power* to act on his fantasies

While this video puts a lot of focus on Hiro, the actual show, more or less, just checks in on him here and there. It doesn’t mean that you don’t see things almost as gritty, but Hiro’s actions are easily the worst that we see. If you’ve ever seen or read Gantz, you might already be prepared for the kinds of things you’d see watching this anime.
