Thank you so much for this very healing session! As a disabled person, I feel some sort of pain in my body every day, anywhere, at any time, so I’m just used to the pain at this point. But this did help subside my headache that I had. It was a lot worse when I started the session, but I felt way more calm, and I think part of that is your calming voice! If anyone else is dealing w/ chronic pain and/or also disabled like I am, o feel you. It’s ok, healing takes time. It won’t happen overnight, so give yourself that grace. A little bit of grace will go a long way! Hope everyone feels better! 🙏🏼

My 2023 was awful I was extremely stressed out and burned out and just drained/exhausted mainly cause I moved and now I'm moving again so my mental health has not been great and have had a very hard time to focus on myself but my goal for the rest of this year is to heal and get my anxiety/depression issues down to like a 2 instead of like a 13 and I just want to be happy cause right now I'm not
