😁 I’m SO glad to see you back again! I’m not able to express this in the exact right words, but your demeanor; your cheerfulness and positivity; and your appreciation and gratitude to God for the everyday things most of us take for granted - all these are so inspiring! I just want you to know that every video you post is a blessing to me. Thank you, Paul! 😌

Paul I have to let you know....I looked at what you named this video and it sort of bothered me. Just because what you do isnt a "normal" 9-5 job doesnt at all mean its not a real job. What you do is not only hard ass work it is also an important job for our future as a world. Your "non real job" SHOULD pay very well partly because it is very hard manual labor and partly because everything you keep from going into a landfill is one more thing thats NOT polluting our planet. God bless you for what you do which IS a realler job than most.

I know that when we are in fear or anxiety, we are out of the will of God. My pastor always says that it's a warning sign from God to get into the word. So that being said, maybe you're having antisapation? Or maybe this old friend may have hurt you or drained you in some way in the past, and your mind is remembering this? I find that if I feel anxious, i stop and take several deep breaths . When I exhale, I ask the Holy Spirit to remove anything that is hindering my walk with God. I don't know that I really answered your question, but I hope this helps. Have fun with seeing your friend.

Hi again Paul. Anxiety can be very confusing and terrifying at the same time. But try to look at it this way.
Something like a panic attack is basically a physical reaction to a mental stimulus. It often kicks in the flight/ fright reaction in us. Yet the overwhelming feeling during a panic attack can linger and grow. And if not treated can start carving out parts of your life. Say maybe at first you won't like crowds, then you have a panic attack while driving them are scared to drive. It can grow to the point you are unable to leave your home. There is no shame in getting a little help before it gets worse. After working for decades helping children with anxiety issues I found myself crippled by them when our daughter went into hospice. There are drug free approaches to treatment. But nip this in the bud because it can be something that rolls down hill and gathers steam.
    God bless buddy.

Anxiety and fear are definitely different. You can be anxious about something but not be afraid. And you can also fear something and not be anxious. Example I can be anxious about a social situation but not fear it. I can fear a fool with a weapon but I am not anxious.
