Hawaiian pineapple bbq sauce Ingredients:
1 cup or 200g Chopped Pineapple
3/4 cup or 160g Light Brown Sugar
1/2 cup or 125g Ketchup
1 Clove of Garlic
2 tbsp or 30ml Soy Sauce
3 tbsp or 45ml Rice Vinegar
2 tbsp or 30ml Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tbsp Arrowroot
Makes 2 ½ cups or 625ml
