Try and think logically before you get your feelings involved. So at least you can have that base that foundation of logic before you get emotional. I find that Logic can help you to think clearly. To help better, healthier and safer limits. Adn so you want the limits. The cup. Its pottery with logic. Before you get that pure water. That fulfilment that emotion. Truth is your not that person anymore. You have grown. And so that event can be a lot for you. And even scary to unpack. But it is not all consuming for you; like it once way. Like it can definitely feel like that maybe sometimes. But the truth is you have a life past that event. You have life experiences past that event. There is the life before and also the life afterwards. But you have a lot of life experiences hopefully honest life experiences afterwards. ADn so you can look at that in a way to seek comfort from what you have endured. I was not yesterday. And for sometimes it can feel like yesterday, but you have distance between it. Youre life now and the event. And you can focus on that distance as like a base. Based on truth. It can help you not identify with your trauma. To help you look past your trauma. So that it is a moment in your life. And not your whole life. You know. Because it does not make up the entirety of your life anymore. Its not to minimize the effect. But it is to help to give you some perspective. You can look at the event from a far. Not get too close not have your vision clouded. By being caught up in the moment. That is one way to heal from it without drowning in it. Cause are you trying to heal from it. And // or just identify with it. Feel your feeling just to feel them. And or feel your feeling. As a release and hopefully grow through the experience. And for that that is truth. ADN we'll do that in just a minute. This method just helps you look at the mountain from another mountain. Knowing that you climbed other mountains. Knowing that you can have and ending and a new beginning. And so then you can have closure and as such the you dont have to keep going through it on and on just like a river goes. You can have closure. Adn of course you wanna write some of your other goals down ahead of time. And so you dont have to feel liek your life is over after you heal from your trauma. Some identify with there trauma. Like for so long Ive been x with trauma y. And without that trauma then who am I? Or what else am I gonna do with my life. The other mountains are there. For you by you as a person. Not based on your traumas but on what makes you happy. And so you can have closure and still go on with those mountains. And or say fxxk it and take a break. You shouldnt sit down right after you run. And so after healing I like to have other mountains to climb right after. And so the last thing I did wasnt just heal from the big ass fxxking PTSD healing mountain. But maybe a bxtch Baby mountain. AND or tackle a few mountains at a time at a manageable amount. And so the last big mountain I climbed was the PTSD mountain but also another huge goal Ive been trying to tackle. But really its so that you can end this era. Adn chose to have other mountains to climb and or trailblazer and create your own. You wanna remember the truths. The main truths. Really you kind of want your foundation before hand. But not in a measure sort of way. Just more of a support system, good friends, emergency contact, etc. Like you wanna know the red flags of a relationship before you get into a relationship. Anyways you wanna know your truths. You wanna allow yourself to grow through your truths. You wanna allow your truths a chance room and space to grow too. You need room to let it -- your problems and solutions -- air it out. And so before you get all caught up in everything if you can. What is the truths and can you translate it. Grow through the experiences. Truths for that moment for that dont apply at this moment. What changes have happened in so those truths are now null and void. Do we know the roots within society, your family, your friend groups. And so you dont have to deal with those truths as much because they are already dealt with. And so really its just you focusing on what you can do. On the righteousness that you can solve. And working while you wait. On your passions, interest and hobbies. Not sleeping on your abilities. Until you are more ready to work on the truths and or righteousness that may take a little bit more time. But even then youre growing through the righteousness. Not jsut have righteousness for righteousness. I Mean righteousness for righteousness. And then righteousness for ventilation. Following of course righteousness towards solutions. Rights. Best, X. They did this whole episode and then through the end they discovered that kid the kid who was intitally violated as a kid. And no one was there to help him. It took years for them to even uncover it. They all felt bad. Until they realized that he I think violated the kid the the first scene. Because he hadn't learned how to heal from being violated from his music teacher. The abused had become the abuser. Although that is not always the case. It didnt come full circle because his teacher had died. The student became the teacher because there was no one to help him. Call him out and redirect him; from that. He still needed the help from his childhood pains but now you just saw how some abusers where made. Hurry up. Hopefully time isnt yet running out. That being said he got arrested. He went to jail by the end of the show. Hopefully he got the help that he needed. Point being during the episode they uncovered a whole kid porn area. Cops where working undercover to lure in and expose predators. Cause they didnt have jurisdiction it took soo long. That inspired me that day. I was like well hey Im a civilian. I can go undercover. Get the names of all the predators. And//or just get full access. 8 ball it. Although back then I didnt know there was a name for it. But where do people learn how to rape? What is happening in the home? It has got to start somewhere? If not in the home but then outside of the home? How did people bring there problems home? Now have that baseline of those seasons. And how you can find your way back. And or met you forward. And so then when someone tries to uproot you rather then help you branch out. Tries to move you for more political power play moves they can call Bullshit from a mile away. And you know that they're in there for your best interest. Because they know you for you. And you know them as people too. You both connect as people too. 0:46 IQ before EQ. For PTSD for me anyways. I find that its easier to argue the rules before your in it. In the environment. IQ before EQ. Try and think logically before you get your feelings involved. So at least you can have that base that foundation of logic before you get emotional. I find that Logic can help you to think clearly. To help better, healthier and safer limits. Adn so you want the limits. The cup. Its pottery with logic. Before you get that pure water. That fulfilment that emotion. But then again that being said, how are you gonna debate a law, that doesnt yet fully make sense. And or fully exist. When it comes to advances try adn walk before you can fly. Best, X. Like it can definitely feel like that maybe sometimes. But the truth is you have a life past that event. You have life experiences past that event. There is the life before and also the life afterwards. But you have a lot of life experiences hopefully honest life experiences afterwards. ADn so you can look at that in a way to seek comfort from what you have endured. I was not yesterday. And for sometimes it can feel like yesterday, but you have distance between it. Youre life now and the event. And you can focus on that distance as like a base. Based on truth. It can help you not identify with your trauma. To help you look past your trauma. So that it is a moment in your life. And not your whole life. You know. Because it does not make up the entirety of your life anymore. Its not to minimize the effect. But it is to help to give you some perspective. You can look at the event from a far. Not get too close not have your vision clouded. By being caught up in the moment. That is one way to heal from it without drowning in it. Cause are you trying to heal from it. And // or just identify with it. Feel your feeling just to feel them. And or feel your feeling. As a release and hopefully grow through the experience. And for that that is truth. ADN we'll do that in just a minute. This method just helps you look at the mountain from another mountain. Knowing that you climbed other mountains. Knowing that you can have and ending and a new beginning. And so then you can have closure and as such the you dont have to keep going through it on and on just like a river goes. You can have closure. Adn of course you wanna write some of your other goals down ahead of time. Or what else am I gonna do with my life. The other mountains are there. For you by you as a person. Not based on your traumas but on what makes you happy. And so you can have closure and still go on with those mountains. And or say fxxk it and take a break. You shouldnt sit down right after you run. And so after healing I like to have other mountains to climb right after. And so the last thing I did wasnt just heal from the big ass fxxking PTSD healing mountain. But maybe a bxtch Baby mountain. AND or tackle a few mountains at a time at a manageable amount. And so the last big mountain I climbed was the PTSD mountain but also another huge goal Ive been trying to tackle. But really its so that you can end this era. Adn chose to have other mountains to climb and or trailblazer and create your own. You wanna remember the truths. The main truths. Really you kind of want your foundation before hand. But not in a measure sort of way. Just more of a support system, good friends, emergency contact, etc. Like you wanna know the red flags of a relationship before you get into a relationship. Anyways you wanna know your truths. You wanna allow yourself to grow through your truths. You wanna allow your truths a chance room and space to grow too. You need room to let it -- your problems and solutions -- air it out. And so before you get all caught up in everything if you can. What is the truths and can you translate it. Grow through the experiences. Truths for that moment for that dont apply at this moment. What changes have happened in so those truths are now null and void. Do we know the roots within society, your family, your friend groups. And so you dont have to deal with those truths as much because they are already dealt with. And so really its just you focusing on what you can do. On the righteousness that you can solve. And working while you wait. On your passions, interest and hobbies. Not sleeping on your abilities. Until you are more ready to work on the truths and or righteousness that may take a little bit more time. But even then youre growing through the righteousness. Not jsut have righteousness for righteousness. I Mean righteousness for righteousness. And then righteousness for ventilation. Following of course righteousness towards solutions. Rights. Best, X. as long as it is true to you. mONDAYS do not
sleep on your abilities. Nas I Can. "You can be
an architect a doctor or even a actress. But
nothing comes easy it takes much practice".
You gotta put in the work to get better. Circles.
Or ascending and descending various new mountains.
Doing the same thing and//or seeing the same thing in
a new environment after addressing the conflict. Doing
the same thing and//or discovering a habit// pattern.
If you are to lay down in green pastures to see what
gOD cna show you. ANd//or you are to try doing the
same things while applying the lessons from past
experiences in new environments. Ergo allowing yourself
to grow. If the same things keep showing up. Well through
trails and tribulations trying to get better. "Progress not
perfection" -- Mr Denzel Washington. That being said
the goal is not to have vast various turn over. But consistent
steady truth. Key word being truth. "A little bit of righteousness
over a lot with strife" -- THB. SO have your big broad giant goal.
And accomplish it as much as you can safely carry. Hence
graduating school is done breaking it up in sections. And
levels. Project Management. Little bit of righteousness
for the IQ. but it can be an emotional cliff dive. And so the
EQ's need to speak up about it too. "Rejoice in the truth and
not the chaos" -- THB. When it comes to saying your problems
with school. Where is your first grammy Mr West. We're dealing
with the Archilles Tendion. But also while protecting the soul.
Over working the feet. And//or collapsing the ankles can crush
the souls of your feet. Hence you stand on your truth. When youre
failing forward, through trials and tribulations in your own area. In
something that you know how to do then its hard but easier to know
that its not you, but the system. Especially when you dont // no longer
like doing what you usually like to you in a way that honest and authentic
to you. Then you can trailbalzw forward with gOD. In a way that is honest
and authentic to you. Nas I Can. I took a Vow. I took my seat belt of and
crashed. But Jesus was at the wheel and I barely made it through. Doesnt
mean that I wasnt still trying. And putting my flags up. For whoever is to
come next. Flags, Triggers, Warning signs, Signals are for some like throwing
the rope back. "For it is not (just) the letter of the law, but the fulfilment" --
Jesus debating with the Pharises. ITs easier when you know who is on your
team. "Team work makes the dreams work" -- Common Sense; the rapper.
I was just trying to help while I was one f them. Raising my inner child.
What help would I help like to know. So that if I was coming up after this
I wouldnt experience the same problems hence growing through the experience
and applying the life lessons to make better changes for my life in the future.
And trying to make changes and or at least get rid of the mystery with the truth.

But so would the sayings of the dark. But at that time I was freestyle in life. So
Just the warning tales of the ones who may have fallen from glory. Hence its no
longer so easily for what was once so easy to move through and see clearly. To
help anyone else coming up behind. Its can get hard to carry the world further
without destroying your shoulders, back, ankles and//or soul. While still working
on your archilles heel. gOD sent aNGELS I know that. But what good is work done
underneath the sun. But also what good is work done in the dark. Hence I brought
my candle. Carried my light. Applying what I learned to the new road I paved. Rolling
light as best I could. Help me smile with authenticity. Help me live honestly. Helped me
to party in health and safety. Seek the lORD through seeking out inner peace. In health
and safety. Walk in the opposite direction that traffic is coming. Harder to get snatched up.
Next to You. Self defence class. Im still figuring out what that means in the valley. And how
to fail at that in the valley. You can risk doing exactly what youre not supposed to by not
yet fully "knowledge for understanding" -- THB what has been asked; from you; from gOD.
I'm not judging Im just saying I get it. "It explains it but it may not always excuse it" --
Social Media Post. "Above all things guard your heart" -- THB. And of course "Do not
follow blindly" -- THB. And//nor "Do not hide your light under a bushel" -- THB. "Do not

is out there. You can have your could pulled out of your body through sexual violation. When you dont

when you dont yet know which one. How do people work best wth the people. How and who works best

0:49 I once saw an episode of Law and Order SVU where this kid got sexually violated. They did this whole episode and then through the end they discovered that kid the kid who was intitally violated as a kid. And no one was there to help him. It took years for them to even uncover it. They all felt bad. Until they realized that he I think violated the kid the the first scene. Because he hadn't learned how to heal from being violated from his music teacher. The abused had become the abuser. Although that is not always the case. It didnt come full circle because his teacher had died. The student became the teacher because there was no one to help him. Call him out and redirect him; from that. He still needed the help from his childhood pains but now you just saw how some abusers where made. Hurry up. Hopefully time isnt yet running out. That being said he got arrested. He went to jail by the end of the show. Hopefully he got the help that he needed. Point being during the episode they uncovered a whole kid porn area. Cops where working undercover to lure in and expose predators. Cause they didnt have jurisdiction it took soo long. That inspired me that day. I was like well hey Im a civilian. I can go undercover. Get the names of all the predators. And//or just get full access. 8 ball it. Although back then I didnt know there was a name for it. By 12 you still gotta be home before the street lights come on! Some parents sell there kids into the life for drugs. But kids in the industry at that high of a rate. And there revert Abortions, sexual violation (when you dont yet know if it was molestation - finger blasted without permission - and//or rape, but you know that it was wrong) is on the rise. But where do people learn how to rape? What is happening in the home? It has got to start somewhere? If not in the home but then outside of the home? How did people bring there problems home? Some bring there problems home like how some bring there stress from work or three day in the life home. Like how you can sit in the smokers section and smell like smoke. Others bring there bring there problems home like drama you have to entertain it and//or invite it in. Why do you listen? To get the health and safety and//or the isms? Some S/O can try and tear you away from them. But then they'd be tearing you away from you. But then you already have your roots who get you trying to branch out. Now have that baseline of those seasons. And how you can find your way back. And or met you forward. And so then when someone tries to uproot you rather then help you branch out. Tries to move you for more political power play moves they can call Bullshit from a mile away. And you know that they're in there for your best interest. Because they know you for you. And you know them as people too. You both connect as people too. And then its liek being calm in your environment and then a toxic, aggressive manipulative drama bearing gossiping mean person just walks in. You can even sense the difference sometimes. You can even smell it too sometimes. And then as such its soo much easier to call it out for what it is. Abuse! You start by making room for things that are most important to you. Not just most important to others. Because if its not important to you that much. Then it can be like dead weight holding you down. Some people need to say there topic lowkey below ground. Maybe they need to make room for themselves too in there world. But dont let nobody drag you down to there world to better help them speak up about theings that are not that important to you at that level. And nor at your level in a way that is not honest to you. Especially when they may not let you be yourself so that you can then help them. Cause then who wins??? The kids lose. There topics lose. The passions and fire about the topic at hand loses. The candle can be extinguished under all that darkness; if youre trying to be a light for somebody else in a way that is not honest and true to you. Your light may shine differently then there and may be lit in a way that is different from what turns there light on!!! For PTSD for me anyways. I find that its easier to argue the rules before your in it. In the environment. IQ before EQ. Try and think logically before you get your feelings involved. So at least you can have that base that foundation of logic before you get emotional. I find that Logic can help you to think clearly. To help better, healthier and safer limits. Adn so you want the limits. The cup. Its pottery with logic. Before you get that pure water. That fulfilment that emotion. "For it is the letter of the law, before the fulfilment of the law" -- Jesus debating with the Pharises. No wait, "For it is not the letter of the law, but the fulfilment of the law" -- Jesus debating the Pharises. But then again that being said, how are you gonna debate a law, that doesnt yet fully make sense. And or fully exist. When it comes to advances try adn walk before you can fly. Best, X. Inn Jesus Name, Amen. So for PTSD it can be like find the truth for as why you started running. Try and deal with that truth again adn redirect it. Allow that truth to grow through your experiences. Truth is your not that person anymore. You have grown. And so that event can be a lot for you. And even scary to unpack. But it is not all consuming for you; like it once way. Like it can definitely feel like that maybe sometimes. But the truth is you have a life past that event. You have life experiences past that event. There is the life before and also the life afterwards. But you have a lot of life experiences hopefully honest life experiences afterwards. ADn so you can look at that in a way to seek comfort from what you have endured. I was not yesterday. And for sometimes it can feel like yesterday, but you have distance between it. Youre life now and the event. And you can focus on that distance as like a base. Based on truth. It can help you not identify with your trauma. To help you look past your trauma. So that it is a moment in your life. And not your whole life. You know. Because it does not make up the entirety of your life anymore. Its not to minimize the effect. But it is to help to give you some perspective. You can look at the event from a far. Not get too close not have your vision clouded. By being caught up in the moment. That is one way to heal from it without drowning in it. Cause are you trying to heal from it. And // or just identify with it. Feel your feeling just to feel them. And or feel your feeling. As a release and hopefully grow through the experience. And for that that is truth. ADN we'll do that in just a minute. This method just helps you look at the mountain from another mountain. Knowing that you climbed other mountains. Knowing that you can have and ending and a new beginning. And so then you can have closure and as such the you dont have to keep going through it on and on just like a river goes. You can have closure. Adn of course you wanna write some of your other goals down ahead of time. And so you dont have to feel liek your life is over after you heal from your trauma. Some identify with there trauma. Like for so long Ive been x with trauma y. And without that trauma then who am I? Or what else am I gonna do with my life. The other mountains are there. For you by you as a person. Not based on your traumas but on what makes you happy. And so you can have closure and still go on with those mountains. And or say fxxk it and take a break. You shouldnt sit down right after you run. And so after healing I like to have other mountains to climb right after. And so the last thing I did wasnt just heal from the big ass fxxking PTSD healing mountain. But maybe a bxtch Baby mountain. AND or tackle a few mountains at a time at a manageable amount. And so the last big mountain I climbed was the PTSD mountain but also another huge goal Ive been trying to tackle. But really its so that you can end this era. Adn chose to have other mountains to climb and or trailblazer and create your own. But you already have at least some of your mountains and people there with you. You know. Thats really what Im saying. Best, X. Inn Jesus Name, Amen. Okay so finally for PTSD. You wanna remember the truths. The main truths. Really you kind of want your foundation before hand. But not in a measure sort of way. Just more of a support system, good friends, emergency contact, etc. Like you wanna know the red flags of a relationship before you get into a relationship. Anyways you wanna know your truths. You wanna allow yourself to grow through your truths. You wanna allow your truths a chance room and space to grow too. You need room to let it -- your problems and solutions -- air it out. And so before you get all caught up in everything if you can. What is the truths and can you translate it. Grow through the experiences. Truths for that moment for that dont apply at this moment. What changes have happened in so those truths are now null and void. Do we know the roots within society, your family, your friend groups. And so you dont have to deal with those truths as much because they are already dealt with. And so really its just you focusing on what you can do. On the righteousness that you can solve. And working while you wait. On your passions, interest and hobbies. Not sleeping on your abilities. Until you are more ready to work on the truths and or righteousness that may take a little bit more time. But even then youre growing through the righteousness. Not jsut have righteousness for righteousness. I Mean righteousness for righteousness. And then righteousness for ventilation. Following of course righteousness towards solutions. Rights. Best, X.
