FINRA and the OTC criminally opened trade on a dividend - not a common stock - against the will of the shareholders. While, owning absolutely zero shares, and with no power to borrow shares from a dividend that was not trading, two market makers began trading the preferred shares of the dividend, anyway. The only possible source for the shares that they traded was to flat out counterfeit those shares - they were not even able to naked short counterfeit the shares because there was no trade to do that with - no, what they did was create their own CUSIP, assign it to the dividend, and then created shares to trade. Pure, unadulterated, counterfeiting of an existing preferred share. And the SEC did nothing about it.
