- Drums have wrapped for the record! Here’s another behind the scenes look from the drum sessions with Frank.
+ Deryck gave an interview to Kerrang in which you can read :
"We’re in the last stretch and finishing the last few things up. All the stress and hard work is over. It’s all written and there are two more songs to be recorded* then we’ve got to go through mixing.
I wrote this record in a completely different way to every other record. I was completely sober and going through one of the toughest periods of my life, so I would say writing has been a really difficult situation and a tough situation.”
Closed by "I would say the record comes off as tough. It’s not an angry record - but I would say it’s a tougher record.”

I hate it when non drummers try mouth out noises they want me to play. Also... Dude is endorsed by SJC and records with a DW lol
How would you prefer non drummers to describe the beat? Im not being a dick here, i'm just wondering because I run a studio and you would hate my guts hehe
Shawn Edge he definitely knows what he is talking about, he can play drums himself aswell decently
Kick and snare are Ludwig (look at the lugs). Toms are dw. A lot of drummers never use the the brands they endorse in the studio. Use whatever works for that studio.
