hey I factory resetted it but after that some of the keys (Z, Backspace) are still glitching out like when I press Z it presses on Shift.
Should I just get a new keyboard?

could be a hot switch problem actually. If you don't feel comfortable saudering and messing with electrical stuff then I would just save the time and hassle.. super sorry:(

This doesn't work on redragon FIZZ K617 RGB. all the top keys suddenly stopped working from ESC keys to backspace. The instruction in resetting is "fn + esc" but that wouldn't work since the top keys are malfunctioning. When I plug in the keyboard, the top keys would malfunction like it clicks by itself for a few seconds affecting my mouse and computer and after that, it just stopped working.

I would say make the cpu and GPU your most expensive part. You don’t need a cpu liquid cooler but you do need a fan so it doesn’t overheat. I would say 250-500 GB of SSD and then 8G of Ram maybe like a 450-500W power supply. Motherboard I can’t really help u with but brands also matter too- it’s the quality
