I come to life in water and have watched several of your videos and have gotten great ideas even though I've done water aerobics for years. Thanks for the new ideas and challenges! Down by 10# in 3 days/average 2 hours per workout in 14 days which 8 were Keto. Working Works! Thank You and I give Thanks and Praise to my Lord and Savior Jesus who is saving me from obesity!

    I was doing aqua exercises for a week. i used to swim, doing high knee jumps and high knee sprint. was looking for some new exercises to hv a great abs and ur video was the timely solution. will start from today. thanks and keep adding new exercises. All the best

    The noodle I have will not stay underwater. Do you have any other suggestions? Thank you!

      Hi , to keep the noodle underwater you have to constantly engage your core and triceps and push the noodle in . If you feel it's difficult keep it half immersed in water at first

      Thank you so much for your advice. The middle seems to pop back up. I've tried filling it with water. I just thought you had a solid noodle. Mine has a hole in the center. I love your videos so much! Thank you!!! :)
