It is water resistant up to 100m (330ft). It works well for most activities but not diving. If that's not what you meant, could you clarify hydra mode for me?
@@tracyaltheide I don't need sets , I just need it to repeat after 3 minutes , continuously without doing anything, it's great for mindfulness or reminder to drink water. Does it auto repeat continuously?

@tracyaltheide it's called hydration mode, where we can set repeat time for every set interval like 3 minutes
Oh, no. I wish. That would be cool.
I can set the timer to 3 minutes and to repeat at the end. But it can't do intervals/sets.
