A useful thing to know about for the controller speakers is, you can set it on a speaker gadget. So that can easily apply to everything in a chip, or a timeline, or whatever.
Regarding setting the channel on different things, you can see on the channel, the colour one is the one that will be used. If that's different to the one set, the one set will be white. The reason it would be different is because the parent isn't set to "unset." If it's unset, then the contained objects will use whatever channel they are set to. If the parent is set to a specific channel, it will override the channel for all contained objects. So in your music example, you could set all the instruments to "music," and all the vocal parts to "voice." And now you don't need 2 copies playing at once and so on. :D
I love stealth games. I have done an enemy AI tutorial which goes over some basic stealth fundamentals like patrol, investigation and alert. Maybe I'll do some more in-depth stuff if there's enough interest 👍

The opacity is also hexadecimal. So FF is technically the highest opacity, not 99. (:
