- The blue sky is a perfect metaphor for the mind. And no matter what happens in life, it's always worth looking for it.

This is my favorite metaphor from you guys! It really helps me keep the parade of chaos that is my life in perspective.
I have been meditating for 3 years. First year with headspace. I saw this video then.
Yesterday while thinking about what mind it, the metaphor of sky occur to me. So i watch this video today and I can relate with it now, but never before.
Mindfulness is a unique journey. And i don't think you can understand what the other person is talking about their path until you walk through yours
I appreciate that this is free . I needed a reminder today 😌
Thanks for more of those short videos. I love it.
Why u no longer make animated videos like this? They're the best!
its on the headspace app
So you rewatch the videos, reinstill the message, and hopefully appreciate what you've been given.

I love this animations
This is so true! Thank you for these vids 💝
I was so sad when I found they took these animated shorts off the app 😢 I loved those and they offered some of the most helpfull concepts for me, that have stayed with me until today. Came to UA-cam to find this again and I'm happy it's still available here though 🤗
They’re still in the app! If you search blue sky this one should pop up!
@@christenbass380 I found them! Thank you! 🤗
Thank you.
I loved this so much.
I loved this so much!! My mind literally goes through this cycle everyday
Harry Potter fans!!! One good analogy i find with a busy mind and a lot of thoughts its in the episode of the philosofer stone, where they get caught by the "devil's snare" wich is a tree where when you try to run you get more caught and die easly, and if you relax it will let you go, so basically when you have a dar thought instead of trying to fight them and panicking, just let it be and relax
Well said!!!

My favourite.

Only recently did I realise that the classic story of Dragon Ball shares this perspective and expresses it as one of the major themes of the series.
Every time it seems like you've reached your limit and you couldn't possibly overcome the next big challenge, you can dig deep and achieve.
The next time you come to a seemingly impossible situation, and it will happen, you'll be even tougher than before.
One day you might even have grown so strong that you can look back on your history of struggles and laugh at how naive you were.

Oof
I'm not sure that's what the Blue Sky analogy means, but your DBZ perspective is still good
Yea bro i have been thinking about this a lot , i remember when goku was fighting Beerus Sama, and when he got defeated and was dying in the ocean , he closed is fist and said "not yet", and went back to battle
