      @@Gablesman888 you may be able to move bonuses or under the table activity to some sort of offshore account, although I think they have a pretty good handle on that now, but there's no way you can move income to an offshore account and avoid paying taxes. Make a million pay 800,000 in taxes? And you're okay with this? Because they might have some kind of dirty dealings overseas? Maybe not? You don't know? You're guessing?. Sounds about right

So, aoc's new green deal would do away with millionaires / billionaires and she would have to raise taxes 156 billion dollars just to break even? The math just doesn't add up, although I do kind of get what you're saying but you're acting like they're all the same and we both know they're not. When I worked the docks, I met people that lived all over the world. I asked everybody that I could, where's the best place in the world to live.       Almost the entirety of the debt is owed to the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve does not have to be paid back. So in reality, the debt is a paper tiger.

    Tax rates were at 80% for the highest bracket but the highest tax bracket didn't kick in until over $2m. Today the rate is lower but kicks in at like $400k

      @FUN FACT The reason i am asking is that there seems to be two types of liberals, one is classical liberal (the sane, nice one) and the current iteration of Liberals, that think any opinion that they don't agree with or like offensive and an attack, even if its an opinion and just a simple 'i don't agree' type of thing, yet they treat it like it was a a direct assault on their humanity, when it never was.
      Also, I do agree that ANYONE, regardless of their political beliefs that commits a crime, knowingly or unknowingly and were not tricked, coerced or threatened into doing such a crime should be punished for it, which he was, but the problem is, there was another person (as he was talking about it in the video in question) did the same thing, but got a slap on the wrist and a fine, however D'Souza got prison time and a fine....if i recall correctly.
