do you have any advice for replacing the front trailing arm (the one that connects from the bottom of the wheel hub to the subframe and the subframe brace is also bolted. It seems I can not take off that arm without taking the subframe brace off? Also on the upper control arms the nut that bolts onto the wheel hub how do i tighten those? they seem to spin with the bolt it catches on, do i need to use a pass through torque wrench and hold the bolt with a torx bit while i tighten?
Have you ever measured the size differences of the struts from F8x vs F3x/F2x? That could be very valueable information for me to know, since i ride KW clubsports..

Can you explain why higher Spring rate coilovers in the front require thicker rear sway bar upgrade?
