It is great! But it does have a lot to do with the fact that the patient has great hair, except for the areas operated on. They could afford to use a lot of grafts, and it blends well with this existing hair which is dense. It doesn't leave a lot of room if he has problems later on crown and mid scalp, as most of his donors were depleted in this go. Hopefully he gets on finasteride and has minimal balding after this.
Doctor Feller.. I am the fellow from Howard Beach (who became your Dad's patient). I will be 70 on N0v/3 and your work (specially the hair lines) have kept PERFECT after more than 20 years. Sure my maintenance with NEW products and scientific breakthroughs I have kep all my hair and a LOT has grown, Yes some of the new HAIR MAINTENANCE (NOT GROWTH ) has helped special the dread Transplants Fails. ( which are MOSTLY the patients carelessness ) I do HOPE yopur TEMPLE OF HAIR (and I mean that) has been prosperous AND FULLFILLING because my LIFE dis change after yiour work. Thanks a mill
I don't understand what shape should have the lateral hairline. The textbook say it should form as acute angle with the frontal hairline but in your case it starts with an ottuse angle and it appears completly natural to me.
Hi what do you do if patient has some thinning in donor? Iv seen a vid of an old patient ( recenty uplodad) where you still performed fut and still got decent results.
Nice Job ,Hope U Enough Donor Left for Future if Needed n Safe Donor Zone Respected .May i know if FUT sha have been Preferred over FUE In this Case Thanx Dr Zahid
Hi i went for fut based on ur suggestion 4 years ago, thanks, now thinking of second session for thickness and a littpe lower hair line. Should i go for fue for 2nd hairstransplant or still go for fut/hybrid,my donor area is good . Kindly guide
@@sassysandy2906 either way the hair transplants look amazing. for best results im sure minoxidl and finasteride are used to promote further growth, thickness and prevent further loss
@@srilanka739 thank you for your comment but its always another person who isn't a Doctor that responds back so again, that's why it makes me wonder. Transplant are great looking but the question that I ask is do these doctors recommend preventative hair treatments?
This seems like a lot of waffle, the guy looked fine after the first procedure so what were things described as so potentially difficult to deal with? You didn’t elaborate… he had a good head of hair to begin with so not a problematic candidate unless you describe why??
those temple points give the illusion that its receding in my opinion. im not sure if its because theyre so low and far away from the hairline or what, but i think he would have looked better without them.
A friend just had transplant surgery done in Hungary a few days ago. When I asked if he had to stay for a few weeks to get the staples removed, he said no because he had SHE extraction (enhanced FUE) performed which allowed him to fly back 3 days after surgery. I cannot find anything on line regarding this new technology
Your a real artist doc.Looking forward to my procedure!
Very smart idea by the patient with the widows peak!
Could you explain how a new hairline is constructed when the patient has a frontal cowlick, like is it ignored or can it be altered.
Extremely talented and worth every penny is the feeling he should have
Amazing results , you are the best doctor for this procedure 👍👍
This is an excellent, excellent job. Wowsers!
Another great job. See you in February!
really nice
Excellent work!
How many grafts?
I don't think I have ever seen a better result...what the hell man

Can exact same result be done with FUE?
Fabulous
about how many grafts is this?
2964 grafts
do i have to shave my whole top and sides of my hair in order to just do my temples?

How long after the op it looks okay to go out without a hat for a case like that?
So good
....but why not mention what the preexisting medical condition was? That could help others with such conditions...
How old was this patient?

Please do mine! 😢
Do the patients use minoxidil and finasteride to prevent further hair loss or miniaturization ?
I noticed when you mention minoxidil or finasteride, these Doctors don't respond & that makes me wonder...
@@sassysandy2906 makes you wonder what?
@@srilanka739 why not answer? Its a valid question.

Good work, if I lose my hair in my 30s I’m flying across the border and getting one done
That’s crazy 3000 grafts for such a small area
Damn, would say a perfect result. Could you explain how follicles have to be inserted to match curly hair for example. Or do they naturally adapt?
Did you have to shave the hair?

It looks natural. I'd never guess.
Oof 2964 grafts
That’s a badly designed hairline. Also it doesn’t look natural.
