@Randwick5 I have not yet checked with the post office as i was that busy today. But a mate of mine is going to Australia (Melbourne) on the 4th of April. Cheaper to get it mailed form Australia (Melbourne) than Thailand.
@Randwick5 I do have a 9 channel receiver, got it a few month ago and have been using it regularly. No problems at all. I paid 90 USD for it. I was told that the ratchet can be reinstalled if needed. I have got things I don't need anymore (LiPo charger's, balancers and 16k CAMPac), i can throw it in if you want.
this is a used futaba 9cp in excellent condition. it come with a 72 mhz module and a 7 channel futaba receiver. both transmitter and receiver are on the same channel. for sale in thailand @ 8,000 baht (negotiable) and also accepts trade-in.
I will check check with post office tomorrow. There are 2 ways to get it sent, express and regular mail. If I can have your e-mail, i can give you a more vivid description of the transmitter accompanied by detailed pictures.
Just for information. One should never run any transmitter without the antenna. The SWR is too high and the result will sooner or later,, usually very soon damage the transmitter.
