I bought his Game Speed Agility program and I like it a lot. My legs needed a couple of weeks to adjust (I play volleyball about 8-12 hours a week and competitive kickball), but I was fine after that. If you're slow in the gym like I am (I go right after work), then it'll take an hour and a half. I REALLY need to work on that. If you're fast, then it can be less than an hour to get in and get out, doing everything.
