Title: Scheduled Message Creation from Contact Record
Description:
Allow users to schedule messages directly from the Contact record using a quick action button.
Acceptance Criteria:
Scheduled Message Custom Object:
Create a custom object named Scheduled Message.
Fields include:
Scheduled Message Number (Auto Number, format: SMN-{0000}).
Scheduled Date Time (Date Time data type) for the message to be sent.
Message (Long Text Area) for the content of the message.
Record Id (Text data type, 18-character limit) to store the Contact Record Id.
Quick Action Button on Contact:
A quick action button named "Scheduled Message" is added to the Contact object.
Users can click this button to open a popup where they will enter the Scheduled Date Time and Message fields.
The Record Id field is auto-populated with the Contact record Id, and the Scheduled Message Number is auto-generated.
