1987 and Home Farm. So 36 years ago. If you know the park, Home Farm is near the water tower.

@@SimJackson It's the one by the water tower. Near the start of the video the presenter stands atop the water tower looking down on the farm, that's how close it is. If by 'ruins' you mean the site of Shipley Hall, then yes, that is nearby.
