This Could Be Love by Alkaline Trio, playing live in Las Vegas - House of Blues 25th July 2008. Bonus DVD from This Addiction album. I take no credit for this DVD. Enjoy!
UA-cam algorithm is the worst at suggestions 95% of the time, and then sometimes it just knows I want to listen to Alkaline Trio For a few hours when I didn't even ask.
My first show i ever went to was Rise Against with Alkaline opening, I had the opportunity to meet Matt and Dan before the show but i passed because I didn't know them. Worst decision I have ever made.
I remember that tour! It came through Salt Lake City in November of 2008, if I'm not mistaken. Thrice and Gaslight Anthem played as well. It definitely wasn't my first show but it might have been my first time seeing A3. I've seen them many times since then, including all four nights of Past Live in Santa Ana, and can't wait to see them in a few months with Coheed. STOKED!

I never knew that their drummer was this good. He's a BEAST!!!

Derek is one of the best in punk rock

Love the drum stick throat slit at 1:11
Nice catch!
DEREK GRANT IS A FREAKING BEAST!
Hey I'm in this video briefly! 3:36 I am in the back in the white shirt, haha. Amazing show.
"good mourning" was the motto of my youthhood... after the concert I had my first tinnitus... well well, when did these wonderful day pass away?
Emo's not dead, it just works two jobs now 🤘

For fire, FOREVER MORE, STEP ONEEEEEEEEEE
The drummer is a fucking beast!

Frankenstein in the crowd. 3:46
Derek fucking rocks!!
Greatness.

Just to let you know you wrote in your description:
^'Alkaline Trio by Alkaline Trio'
Derek Grant simply the best
LOVE FOR FIRE
Wow
Step 4, don't say fuck anymore, coz fuck is the worst word that you can say!
Maybe not the *worst* word, but definitely kinda lame. Gratuitous 'fucks' have always irritated me (see: Bert from The Used).
@@MikeP2055 I was actually just quoting the song from the south park movie 🤘
@@frankzap6231 Oooooohhhh, I see. I still stand by my fuckin' statement. 😉
@45pantera of course, there are usually exceptions in all genres
Aye
Fucking Epic
@DookieAdz oh shit, haha, thanks, i was copy and pasting so i didnt notice
Like si la conoces del año 2003 :)
@Darkox on the right, with the black hat?
Wait...does alk3 pump noise through the speakers? No way those 3 are putting out that sound without a backing track. Sounds like 4 guitars
I want that gibby
@Darkox Really? Unless you are the fine American at 3:54-55, I'm thinking, why?
I'm pretty sure they changed a couple words there... Intentional? Or they forgot their own lyrics?
Marry me
No thanks xD
Matt changes the lyrics to keep shit interesting
@Alcatraz hes prolly baked on stage that'll do it
Definitely intentional.
LOL check out the psychopath at 3:46, normally I don't even pay attention to the crowd, but holy shit that guy bugs me.
You must be fun at parties
I hate it.
