I don't understand how Lelouch is a villian. My guy achieved world peace as a 18 year old and here my grandad emperor could not do that even with Geass and 1/3 of world territory.
He used mind control (however briefly) to get people to do what he wanted, and many innocent people died as a result of him using his power. While the latter was mostly accidental, that was before he was resolved to kill countless others in order to become the common enemy of the whole world. He had to unite the world against him, or the Zero Requiem wouldn't have worked, and Britannia would have still ruled through colonization and discrimination. Lelouch was the kind of "hero" who had to act as a "villain" in order to save the world.

In a way, Britannia would have established peace by defeating their foes and dominating the world. Peace by strength. Dunno how Charles's Ragnarok project would play out in this scenario though. Britannia already beat down the Middle East Federation. They were also doing well against the EU as they were only holding onto 1/4 their original territory in season 2. They would also be allies with the Chinese Federation through marriage. The pacification and integration of occupied territories would have take a lot longer though.
Okay, I just realized. Rolo's Geass doesn't fool electronics. I mean, Lelouch used a video camera and digital counter to prove what his abilities were. So why is the unit display glitching out? I get why Vincent jumps across the screen, because Lelouch would see that too. But why is it duplicating the Vincent and making signal lost errors?
The display isn't glitching out, the thing is that Rolo stoped time, so Lelouch can't see what happens at the display full time, Rolo disables some knightmares and lelouch just see that happening some minutes after the act.
I think its because of how the Knightmare works, like since the time stop only the human is affected which might cause the knightmare to be affected too since the person isnt controlling it in that moment... idk its just my theory
