Wow! The Ritz really knows how to put out when it comes to traditional luxe. From the millwork, to the crystal lighting, the gilded furniture, and the Persian rugs, everything was on point. Im not really into gold accents, but in this context, it makes sense. Even the saphire and ruby stones in the cold and hot water taps seems appropriate.

The excellent close-up shots of the room and bathroom details show just how painstakingly designed and immaculately decorated every tiny detail is, that everything is in seemingly brand new condition and how sparklingly clean and well maintained it all is. The only thing I noticed that was less than perfect is the wires from the lamps and WiFi by the sofa are in view from the entrance and the bed, but that’s quibbling.
No, not quibbling at all...completely agree with you...pretty jarring huh? :) Hopefully much less visible in pt.2.
when covid come, we are not easy to go every country because we need to do what quarantine now I miss so much traveling before, thank you for your sharing enjoy your life

I'm remember staying in this hotel for a night with my family when I was only about 7 years old. At the time, the health club had just undergone a 5 million dollar renovation and had underwater music playing in the pool.

Oh Alexis! I was just checking for your videos. Back to Paris, sigh, what a dream. And at the Ritz no less. Gorgeous Chanel and card case. I always try to get a late flight in business class so I can sleep and limit jet lag but I’m not working when I travel as you are. Impeccable. Enjoy la Ville des Lumieres.

Yes, it's all very exciting even as Paris is barely emerging from the pandemic and so things were not quite back to normal. You'll see that in the next videos. And oh the jetlag, as always, when I got there actually cost me only one night, and pales in comparison to the one when I'm back home haha. Happy weekend! So good to have you here again!

@@alexisluxurytravels1 You´re right that lobby looks beautiful, flowers and plants improve a hotel ten times, and they change the flowers daily ! I also love the architecture of these hotels, and in other old and new ones. I like to read AD and other magazines since I was in university. Interior and exterior spaces really influence how we feel, thats what I like the most about these and other channels that show buildings.
