I like how even when he's black-out drunk shitting on a pile of bricks in Germany, he still has social anxiety and cares if people see him haha. Great story.
Yep, this is a great story to listen to, and the sort of crazy drinking story that always gets a laugh. I have two friends who are really good at this sort of narrative, trying to make a long story short, my friend got arrested by the police after a highway chase because he woke up from a night of drinking to an air show (planes and jets etc.) thinking war had been declared while he was sleeping and the government had sent in the airforce. So he proceeded to rob a petrol station of supplies without paying, fuel, food water etc. Just loaded up his car, screaming at everyone and went flying down the highway police in pursuit. When the cops questioned him about "what the fuck" he was doing... he stupidity of him revealed, laughter ensued, returned goods to store, paid for the fuel and a happy story. Always felt it needed a larger audience to appreciate. Probably why I enjoy This Is Not Happening, great concept, greatly executed x
This is far and away the funniest in the series yet, and I have seen them all... Huge props to Ari for bringing us a guy like Huck that most of us have never heard or seen. Lets hope we can get more of him on the Deathsquad podcast circuit- wow!! Big belly laughs throughout the story. Thanks, Ari...
We all have stuff like that. In the States, the black people shout about down with racism and this flag and that statue but they hold on to a thing called Black Spring Break which leaves my hometown DEVASTATED. It's gotten to the point where the shopping malls close. It takes weeks to clean up after them. Shameful
Literally just came back home from seeing him at a show, this guy had me in tears and hes such a cool, humble guy, amazing deff wanna see more of him. Thanks for coming to NY. 🤘
Not even close. I’ve been to enough meetings to say I wish they were this funny. Meetings are usually just boasting assholes trying to get validation on their shit situations. Or even worse is when it’s the same assholes who repeat shit every week about how great they are doing.
This guy is hilarious, definitely someone I would like to see on the show again. He's got some serious comedic chops, wouldn't be surprised if he made it big sometime in the near future.
Great story, I did really enjoy it a lot.. but laughed out loud with the Hardy style chuckle when he ended it with the game boy sesh in the tent for the rest of the day. Brought it back home for me at that point
Jon Huck is one of the funniest fucking people ever, I got to meet him at Dan Cummins show in salt lake, he's super nice and was dying when I informed him that the Germany story is basically a right of passage for people in my family because we love it so much
I met him in Salt Lake and he's the coolest, told him my mom almost threw up from laughing so hard at this. My whole family loves him for this and it has become a right of passage in my family because we show it to fucking everyone
Fun fact ...Octoberfest is #1 for most beer consumed at one place at one time in the world ... #2 is the Feast of the Blessed Sacrament ( Madeira Feast) in the small city of New Bedfprd Mass. .... it is the largest Portuguese festival in the world that was started in 1915

Your intro is cringe
The fact that he rode the subway while completely naked from the waist down is the most confident thing I've ever heard in my entire life.
Yeah! I agree! And it’s also the funniest thing I’ve ever heard. I wouldn’t know what to think if I saw that. Lol 😂
Baller move
Ikr I would’ve spent the night in the hotel bathroom
To be fair he had underwear at that point
What was he supposed to do 😭
I like how even when he's black-out drunk shitting on a pile of bricks in Germany, he still has social anxiety and cares if people see him haha. Great story.
I have a spinal cord injury and I, literally, shit myself laughing.
Worth it right?
@@Justinri Absolutely.
8 years later, i hope you recovered well and are still laughing 💝😂
Been over 10 years but hope you're doing well brother. Just laughing my ss off to this story😂
how're u man? 1 decade l8r
This is honestly probably one of the best "This Is Not Happening"s
+Kyle L I said the same fucking thing as I was watching this. My face is almost sore from my grins and laughter.
***** i wasn't drunk but back in my hallucinogenic days i fell asleep at a red light. In broad daylight.
+Kyle L did the exact same thing. high school days. smoked a fatty. red light. put it in park. woke up to cars honking about an hour later.
John Swift off weed? you sure it wasn't laced?
+Kyle L absolutely. youve never smoked weed and wanted to pass out.
No other story earned the title “This is not happening” as this story.
Lmao I get the joke but there was one where like a homeless old lady snuck into this guys house while he was like high as fuck lmao
First thought on seeing the thumbnail, ‘Yeah, this looks like a guy who loses his pants.’
He is a great storyteller. Wish I could give two thumbs up.
for real, i was completely and effortlessly engaged
Make 2 accounts, problem solved.
I think you just did, more or less.

I live in Germany and that's a pretty accurate description.
"No laws? A LOT of laws"
"Angry business! Angry business!" Ha!

Seriously, I was laughing so hard I lost my pants!
As a German I can only imagine that for us this story is even more hilarious
I'm from Munich, this is exactly what Oktoberfest is like. I hate it.
I've been to Munich and have a friend that lives there; he's always so embarrassed talking about it. And every year it happens again...
Don't worry my entire country is insane like that
We all have stuff like that. This makes me laugh even when I'm not actually watching it. Thank you John, thank you Comedy Central!!
This is exactly what St. Patricks day in Dublin is like. In fact, any weekend in Dublin.
Absolutely amazing. And somehow didn't get arrested. Impressive
I had the same thought... _"You did all that & never got stopped by the cops? You really pulled it off!"_ 😄
Best part of the story was hearing him say Naperville Illinois since that’s where I’m from haha
Thats the best part of the story?
"...that beer has a fist." 😅

Literally just came back home from seeing him at a show, this guy had me in tears and hes such a cool, humble guy, amazing deff wanna see more of him. Thanks for coming to NY. 🤘
Oh Jebus! My sides are gonna be sore from laughing so hard!
This show is like an NA-meeting, with a name and a microfone.
So true.
Microphone
Maybe, but watching this didn't make me feel like I was being brainwashed to join a cult.
Not even close. I’ve been to enough meetings to say I wish they were this funny. Meetings are usually just boasting assholes trying to get validation on their shit situations. Or even worse is when it’s the same assholes who repeat shit every week about how great they are doing.
By far the best in the first two seasons!
that was amazing! please do another! thank you.
Another trip to Oktoberfest? I'm in!
This guy is hilarious, definitely someone I would like to see on the show again. He's got some serious comedic chops, wouldn't be surprised if he made it big sometime in the near future.
