सर मेरा दो साल का बेटा है, अभी उसका इलाज एसजीपीजीआई, लखनऊ में डॉक्टर एम एस अंसारी सर (पेडायट्रिक्स यूरोलॉजी) विभाग में चल रहा है, पिछले नवंबर 2022 में उसका PUV Obstraction का सर्जरी हुआ है, एवं डॉक्टर साहब द्वारा बताया गया कि आपके मरीज को PUJ Obstration भी है उसका भी सर्जरी करवाना होगा, उन्होंने रोबेटिक सर्जरी के बाड़े में मुझे सुझाव दिया। सर ने बताया कि आप चाहे तो रोबाटिक सर्जरी करवाए या लेप्रोस्कोपी ।
सर मैं आपसे सुझाव लेना चाह रहा हूं की मैं अपने बच्चे का रोबेटिक सर्जरी करवाऊं या लेप्रोस्कोपी।

My son is ten and a half years old, seven years ago puj obstruction was detected in his right kidney and he underwent pyeloplasty surgery. Today even after seven and a half years he has moderate hidronephrosis. Renal scan show slow satisfactionari clearance right ureter not dilated. Ap diameter 18 same everytime is it dangerous?
