The way u explained it reminded me of my professor, very knowledgeable , very clear. 👌👌. I have been suffering due to frequent urination. Almost at evey 2 hrs since last 40 yrs. Twice undergone prostate surgery. Have horseshoe kidney. Urodynamic test, sonography was conducted but in vain. Any solution? I am 72. Teetotaller, dont smoke.

prescribed amitriptyline hydrochloride 10mg for 2 months is safe for BPH.Can this drug also cause acute urine retention with BPH and prostatitis .

Continue....I have hot 2 hormone injection already 4 in one year , every 3 months and took 29 radiation therapy in 4 weeks , 5 days a week .the gave me radiation therapy on my pelvic and prostate and as such my prostate got inflamed and I went in urinary retention . I have a catheter for the last 2 months and now they say that they have to shave my prostate for me to pee . I have surgery coming on Jan 31 st . Plz advice what I should do ???
