The writers did his character and the last season wrong in my opinion by changing Olivia and him so much from what they were at their core.

It was impactful when she said it the first couple of times but it started to lose its edge and became a corny catch phrase, just my opinion! Fitz and Olivia started to majorly turn me off and I lost interest. I became more interested in the side characters but it got so rinse repeat with Fitz and Liv that I just couldn’t invest anymore. But, I also don’t know how the show ends and if there was any satisfying closure. 🤷🏻♀️

He always either pulls her to him, grabs her arms, or forces a kiss on her. She backs up, puts her hands up, slaps him, tells him to stop, but he never does. Anyone remember the elevator scene in the flash back during the election where he tries to force himself on her? He only stopped because the elevator door opened. Jake was only trying to stop Liv from running out of the apartment so that he could explain. There was nothing sexual about it. And you notice after that, when she says stop, he stops. He asks her if she wants him to stop. She doesn't even have to say anything she just tilts her head and he walks away. Fitz is domineering when it comes to Olivia. Their relationship was never healthy. I was happy when the two of them realized it on their own.

I'm sorry but I have to jump in. What is this Jake apologists BS people are talking about? Does anyone ever notice how when Olivia tells Fitz to stop he never does? He always either pulls her to him, grabs her arms, or forces a kiss on her. She backs up, puts her hands up, slaps him, tells him to stop, but he never does. Anyone remember the elevator scene in the flash back during the election where he tries to force himself on her? He only stopped because the elevator door opened. Jake was only trying to stop Liv from running out of the apartment so that he could explain. There was nothing sexual about it. And you notice after that, when she says stop, he stops. He asks her if she wants him to stop. She doesn't even have to say anything she just tilts her head and he walks away. Fitz is domineering when it comes to Olivia. Their relationship was never healthy. I was happy when the two of them realized it on their own.
