The most profound verses in 1 John 4, are 2 & 3. ''Every spirit who confesses that Jesus Christ came in the flesh is from God, but every spirit who does not confess that Jesus Christ did not come in the flesh is not from God. We must remember that the Greek word Christ, is in the Hebrew.....Messiah, and nowhere in the list of names and offices of our God will you find the office of messiah. So we can say that the trinity is vastly incorrect.
That bothers me a LOT:
"God cannot dwell in you until His love is Perfected"❗
I was raised to be perfect and was handicapped for many years by the attempt to attain perfection in everything! That is Destructive!!
I refuse to believe that God is that buttheaded and lacks compassion. He Knows that we are but dust ❗
