You would guess things would get less scary when you are armed, but turns out that you know, the devs now expect you to actually fight the monsters and make them much more dangerous, which is kinda scary on it's own
A good monster doesn’t reveal anything about itself except that it is better than you.
I definitely felt much safer before I had the gun. The moment it gives you a way to defend yourself, you're not safe anymore. It's like showing "press shift to run" but way scarier
I really think the volume level of the enemies is egregious though like they're literally louder than the handgun
Pretty realistic. In real life, even when you're armed, things still tend to be terrifying.
I'll admit, I love the comedic ending. That's kind of adorable.

I can't even begin to tell you how much anxiety this game gave me, 10/10 perfect horror game. The realism and the aspects of the body cam footage reducing your vision and forcing you to not see things that most people could see in the dark is terrifying! I was on the edge if my seat watching this, I have NO idea how markiplier could just be so calm. The slow turning camera is so anxiety enducing, it's like you were playing in a controller.
