parrying and heavys with Hyperion until deadpool goes unblockable and then intercepting with specials and building up the power gain worked really well for me
I can confirm for everyone wondering that omega red is a good option for electro. If you only use mediums(everyone has to because of the power gain) you won’t take any damage from the energy because it’s triggered off a tentacle attack. It’s a slow fight but it works. Bishop is also really good. I recommend attack a few times, then dashing back and only using special 2s. Intercept with the special 2 in the same way you would do it with Hyperion. Dr strange is also a surprisingly good option. His basic attacks still trigger the energy damage for some reason but because of his passive power gain, you can just rotate between special 1s and special 2s and balance that with electro throwing his special attacks. With a 6 star dr strange with no levels, I took electro down almost 50% before scrubbing up with a small boost on.

The best advice I have seen for Deadpool that can be used with basically any champion is to have your champion in your corner, then when the aggressive AI forces Deadpool to use a medium to lunge into you, you can dexterity and theoretically always be able to intercept him with a light attack, do a full combo, hop back in the corner, rinse, and repeat.

I used hyp for Deadpool. died the first time around but reset the quest to get the solo. just got the parry off at the start then used a heavy, intercepted after heavy, and punched him to the corner. After that it was just heavy spam for the remainder of the fight
I did that too easy fight... Ægon also good because he stays close enough to prevent DP from dashing, meaning no unstoppable.... Just spam heavies and he goes down eventually
Seatin, how could you forget about Warlock as number one counter for Deadpool? All you need is to parry him to stack some infection, after 2-3 stacks he turns to a "just a stacked version of Deadpool".
Hey Seatin! WARLOCK is an awesome Deadpool Counter! Had 3 infections on him and After that there was no unstoppable and unblockabale anymore! Easy parry and kill :)
Luke cage and a few single revives worked well for me using Champion and Mephisto synergy. Throw light atk at the start of the fight, parry, 5 hit combo, until you get him stun locked against the wall. Nuke it out until stun duration is too short. Revive, repeat
Just beat electro with aegon, hit into electros block, you don't have to worry about crackling energy. And because aegon is skill he takes less damage from the energy damage.
@@ezekielhart3488 actually it has its reasoning because it wouldn't be "Variant" if it didn't have the stacked bosses as in chapter 1 but they took a different turn and made that the cancer of it all and if you can get past them you can have the spoils of your labor

To be fair. This is what makes this variant inaccessible to a lot of people. It's the "pay wall" cause you Can beat it without certain champs, but it'll take lots of units or items lol. But, if you have the right champs you're goolden. Otherwise this variant would be TOO easy. There had to be some kinda wall so people couldn't just roll in with their meh tier champs and ease it out. Ya it sucks but it's kabam 🤷🏼♂️ lol

I'm assuming it will. Even though he doesn't give power while hitting with specials I would assume the node would still activate on contact with that special. 🤷🏼♂️
they are selling crystals under the "misc" tab in the store, 20% chance at dropping a 1 star champion. They're 50 units each. So yeah the odds suck and they'll drain your pocket but thats the only method I know of as of now
I used quake for the electro boss, managed to do it solo on 1st attempt so I uploaded it to my channel and lost my UA-cam virginity! Haha! Haven’t managed to solo the deadpool yet but as soon as I do I’ll upload that too 💪🏼
I used capiw with heavy spam once deadpool is pinned against the wall I think u can heavy spam with just any champ that doesn't have a knockback from their own heavy. I think this is the most effective way to take him down so can anyone confirm this
True didn't think if that if he never gains power it's sort of normal fight. Gimped damage but not the soul bond damage. Good one I'll have to try that for round 2! Lol
AA is not a very good option. Land a heavy and some bleeds, the knock down pushes him too far away and AA’s recovery time is aslo too long to be able to punish.... he goes unstoppable and drops the bleeds.
If it wasn't for the diffeculty of the first 2 paths this would be a amazing Varian, sadly I don't heave the recources now to do the first 2 paths, have been using my resources on exploring act 5 for 100%

For the Deadpool boss, you guys should see kabam mike’s video on how to do it. I used x23 and took 2 tries to kill him.
Ægon with Heimdall/Angela synergy against DP. Soon as DP hit me down to 1%, I unleashed the furies and killed DP in 22 hits.
Hulk Ragnarock it's a beast vs Elektro, cause u gain tons of attack and istantly regen 70% of the degen damage
With 15% extra regeneration mastery Gulk will regenerate 80% of taken damage
Used Starlord (duped) for Deadpool fight. Nuked him through with the heavies and his damage increases every hit.
CMM worked fairly well but did have to revive once or twice lol. Thanks for the info chief, as always it was very helpful.
