My grey hair was reversed recently. I was already using a multivitamin with B12 and copper in it for an extended period of time (at least a year) but not for my hair color, just for general health. It didn't affect my hair color at all. I started taking an amino acid supplement with all of the usual amino acids in it (a list of about 20 of them) and suddenly noticed my roots coming in dark brown (my old color). I think the added L-Tyrosene helped. The thing is I think it's a whole list of vitamins, minerals, micro nutrients and amino acids that are needed to reverse grey hair and not everyone will have the same deficiencies. So it's difficult to tell someone what to take that will work for them
I think you are right. As the carnivore diet has huge rates of people noticing their hair growing back in colour and getting thicker (some don’t). So what you are saying makes sense.
can you please share the amino acid supplement that you bought that has all the amino acids please the name of the product will greatly appreciate your response
NMN seems to reverse grey hair quite rapidly (in my own experience). However most NMN is lousy quality or not even NMN so make sure you get a good one, at least 98% purity. (I use raw material NMN myself that I buy by the kilo which has a 3rd party test cert)
I started musterbating from the age of 13 and I think that really accelerated my aging process and now I have gray hair at the age of 27. I am depressed.
Great video! I can tell I take high doses vitamin b12 folic acids and d and the only improvement was topic olive oil once a week. While I take those vitamins since 2019. The holy grail though and nobody really persue it. Intermittent fasting and 24h fasting also helped.
Oh wow, didn't know that. I started taking it about 2 years ago. Hard to tell if it's working. I'm a guy, 42 and have only 1-2 grey beard hairs while taking it. But my scalp hairs I've had like 10-15 (develop random spots) since taking PABA. Some have turned back black, but then a new (white hair) will pop up (in a different spot). It's weird. I don't know if certain hairs have to turn white (before they will turn back black) or not?
I have read that the catalase enzyme is supposed to break down excess hydrogen peroxide, which i believe, is a contributor to greying hair. I would be interested to know your thoughts.
I've been using GR7 for a few months and it's turned my hair from gray to dark brown pretty quickly. I still don't understand how it works though. Is it a dye? I suspect so, but I'm not 100% sure.
Hey Guys love your videos. I got a question, earlier this past year I started minoxidil for some hair loss I was noticing. For personal reasons I stopped two months into using it, due to some side effect complications. About a month into my use of an accident I started noticing shedding already, now it’s been 2 1/2 months after I’ve stopped and I’m still noticing more shedding. I attribute this to telogen effluvium, I how long do you think it will take for my hair cycle to relapse and some hair to start growing back?
Hi First of all thanks for your informative content! I have a question: I have super agressive mpb that started as 16 year old (diffuse thinner). My regiment since I’m 18 is 0.5mg Dutasteride daily and 10% Minoxidil every night. As I was 21 years old I had a hair transplant at the front with 1000 grafts. It costed me so much money.. Right now I‘m 25 years old and I have never stopped with medication. My hair loss is progressing and I really don‘t know what to do? I‘m thinking of adding low dose of Oral Minoxidil 0.625mg? Dermaroller 1.5mm 1x a week? Do you have other ideas/advice? Oh and tue to a dermatitis (as I used too much hair fibres) I‘m now using Ketoconazol Shampoo 2x week. I‘m desparate and really need your or someons advice.. I really don‘t understand why the hair loss is progressing so fast now.. Thanks!
@@Hairguard Unfortunately yes. In 1 year the hair loss is progressing agressively (between 24 and 25yrs). I would say I‘m desperate and really don‘t know what to do next. I had also all blood checks. Everything is Ok. I never stopped medication. What should I do?
@@simonecusumano3170 have you tried any Jamaican castor oil? I have read quite a lot of various hair video comments that it works well with rosemary essential oil. I am thinking of trying it and also lightly dermarolling.
“First the hair must fall off … and the new hair that grows out will be grey”.. That has been completely false in my case.. Ive literally seen long hair that was previously brown turn grey over night..
I have mostly no grey hair, anyway I had a strand of hair that was first half grey/white the rest coloured to its base, maybe nothing special, but I can see it is somewhat reversible.
Good video, thanks.. There's no solution to reverse gray hair at all, only in patients that have been getting chemo and at a early ages. Good diet and NAC
I got a divorce so the stress from a divorce and also I went vegan shortly afterwards and vegans are always deficient in B12 luckily I woke up and no longer a vegan it fixed my stress
This is probably the worst excuse for killing animals for human consumption that I've ever heard. The only reason beef contains B12 is because farmers give the cows B12 supplements. If you can buy meat then you can buy some vitamin B12 tablets.
Statistics show a higher % of vitamin B12 deficiency in those who consume animal products as compared to vegans. B12 supplements cost pennies per day and are found in many vegan food products that are fortified.
I think it looks better on people that don't have/sport facial hair. Otherwise, all white hair and a white beard, make men eventually start looking like Santa Claus. I personally don't look good without facial hair, so i'd rather find a way to keep it dark/black) than have the Santa Claus look. There are some people that have white/silvery hair and look good, because they still have young faces. But having a white beard will always indicate old age.

Eirion therapeutics is starting clinical trials next year on a grey hair reversal topical PAI-1 inhibitor. About 5 years away if all goes to plan
Still no news anything about it

Put chemicals into your body is far worse than applying them on your hair.
Sometimes u need to attack the problem at its core which is inside the body
@@kdooks5368 these chemicals doesn't adress the root cause. They only provide relief untill they are in the system. Like pain killers.
