Thank you for this, I grew up in Mateo and now live in GA. Graduated from Hillsdale class of 92! Lived on Delaware and West side Mateo is where I have all my folks and friends. I miss it so much! Thanks for the great memories

King Center California, Uptown W. San Mateo N. Humboldt st. will never be the same without us , the love & soul of the community we had was something black people dreamed of im just gald i experienced real life and how to make it with nothing and still enjoy life. Gentrification folks enjoy.

Yea bud I also was a kid that grew up in SM, from age 6 thru high school at Hillsdale High, from Minnesota. class 78, got friends, miss it, not even a thought to live there anymore. Peace out man!!
