🤣🤣🤣🤣 I love the fact that you don't beat around the bush about people not using common sense. Between that and driving the land yacht (Monte Carlo), you crack me up. You also inspired me to get into polymer clay. Like you I do a variety of different crafts. Thank you for showing me mistakes and all, as well as encouraging me to play.🤗💗

I think it’s great you show the mistakes that come up, because you solve it and we’ll probably come across the same thing, so thank you!

Katie I think the flower cane with 2 small petals makes it look like its dimensional, like your looking at the flower at an angle!

Lol @ "what the hall are you doing". I do paint pouring so I run my flame on high for that. You're exactly right to keep that flame moving. Loved your mixed media projects. I feel one coming on in my future. I'm currently gardening and canning so it will have to wait a while. As always love your crafts..

Turn the six petal cane into a single petal shape with the two smaller petals at the point and make that into a new flower cane.

A lady I watch on here(Pouring Your Heart Out) who does resin with alcohols paint and timing then stirs with a toothpick to get feathering. Looks a lot like you flower on the orange.

Great scrap/mistake inspiration! I think I would have used a pinch bail instead of a jump ring.

I love these pendants! I've been binge watching your videos so I don't know which it was, but you mentioned RJ Crafts wasn't selling that resin right now... They rebranded and still aren't selling it. More's the pity. I wanted to give them my money lol. Ah well. Keep up the great work!

Hi Katie. I hope you're having a good day. I just watched your tutorial. Thank you. I am ordering the sander, but wondered where you got the higher grade sanding pads for this machine. I looked on your site and on amazon, but can't seem to find them. Hate to bother you, but need help. Thank you. JW

Katie, I haven’t started playing with my clay yet as I’m still gathering supplies. But it looks like I have the same work surface you have. My question is do you have a rubber mat or some other product under it to keep it from sliding or scratching your work surface? I have either my desk or my dining room table to work on. I’d rather clay in my dining room if I could. It’s more open than making a studio in my bedroom, but I have the choice - my bedroom is large. Also, is there a need for C-clamps for anything?
I’ve been watching videos for at least two years. I’m quite messed up, orthopedically wise, so I’ve been slow. I started making paper beads when I had to stay in bed - that’s how I found out about pmc crafting. I like pendants and especially earrings - almost as much as shoes, boots and purses. I think I’ll have a lot of fun once I actually get started which I think will happen this year if I don’t need another surgery. I think I must have seen something about the clamps early on, I just don’t recall. But the mat under the tile for my surface seems like common sense. If you do use a mat of some sort would you please tell me what it is? Maybe rubber? I don’t know. I don’t want to mess up the surface on either pieces of furniture. Thanks in advance.
I really love the effects you get when you lentil then flatten your ends with white translucent clay. I have a thing for translucent.
You have really taught me so much. If you ever decide to do more and get a patron account let us know. Your videos are so worth it. I think it’s because you do inspire us all to experiment. Especially us type A people! I’m one of those.
I use to have a golden retriever, Holly, before my accident. Dogs are the best. I wonder how you came to name Diesel and Jackson. Obviously Holly came at Christmas. She was a gift for my children, but as things worked out she really ended up being very close with me. She’d even go to my worksites with me when I was building houses. She was the best. I just imagine you having a gas with yours as well. Wow, I didn’t mean for this to be a book!
Oh, the chain mail. I loved that piece you quickly showed us. I get that this is all about pmc, but do you think you’d ever do a mixed media project and maybe show us how you do that for a necklace piece or something? I haven’t looked to see if there are videos on that as well. Dumb of me! Again, sorry so long. Thank you for every video, I really enjoy you.

I am so glad you mentioned that it takes 30 minutes to cure something, even when the directions say 3 minutes. Irritating!
