Try put a rubber stopper under the gas pedal so it doesn't go into "kick down" mode and hold the gears so long. Should have almost full power at 80% throttle. If it doesn't hit the kick down switch it should change quicker when u hit the shifter. Sounds weird but it worked on my 330d
would love to race you, i got my 2015 Iload back in feb last yr and after realising it does 30psi stock i was like "well it seems zippy" and then was like i could so do drags in this after seeing this series i was like wait they are doing what i wanna do so will be doing the same to my van am in qld i was looking at a custom tune and also a lsd diff would love to work with you guys on this
So basically, that tune box has just bumped up the fuel rail pressure and that's it! Extra fuel and no extra air will be pushing up your egt's as you'll know. Wonder if that might be why the ECU is cutting back in higher gears? That van got a diesel particulate filter in the exhaust? I'd fire some nitrous on it to get that extra fuel burned off and lower the egt.
a flash and a tune don't really cost too much more than that chip, interceptor chips are now a thing of the past as they are extremely dangerous for reliability as you pointed out, rail pressure egt and afr off the charts. might make a difference but diesel fuel systems cost more than an engine rebuild and are not worth messing with. they live in sydney where there are heaps of shops dedicated to diesel tunes done properly
on imax 2018 they have a limp mode as soon as the rear tires start to over rotate, it cuts in . Have you got around this as it is really giving me the shits? Shorly that a custom tune can cut out that polution valve egr and sort out that wheel spin problem? Any reply would be appreciated.
All of the late model TDI cars I've had absolutely HATE any form of boost braking or use of the brake and accelerator. Kind of goes into "limp" mode. Try using the handbrake to stall the motor up instead.
My Transit custom does it to. Ecu thinks you "panic" by pressing to pedals and cuts power\throttle. Blame all the bad drivers for driving thru buildings.
Piggyback modules always do this, on the dyno they show an increase because it’s in top gear, drive it on the street or run through the gears everything gets confused especially the transmission because the load signals from the engine are incorrect so the transmission gets confused, it needs an actual ECU tune then watch that diesel wake up
The n14 pulsar was quick lol haven’t seen one in awhile
SR20 swap I reckon
Good series and gotta love a van that can peel out. Next stop, skid pad ?
Needs a proper tune on dyno with flash.

Keeps up with V8 Bommodores in 1st and 2nd!
14.7 from that silver Commodore? Hahahaha. Bloody hell thats slow.
How have you still got that stovk head unit. Binned mine day one, fitted a nice android unit for a few hundred + amp n speakers
Holy shit, interceptor chips? It's 1995 again

Want to ask how much will it cost to do the same tuning with you guys

Banks is the elvis of diesel.
At least it does good skids!
Good performance!
Maybe try some bigger injector or spray next time, that would be fun :)
Have u done a gvm upgrade on the van
Hi does the auto is receive a false low torque report from the engine ?
Are there any plans to give this car a custom tune? lol
What where the AFR's like?
has anyone ever tried Diesel & NOS ?
ITS A VAN!!
Manual swap? The iload/h100/i800 was available in M/T
The iLoad manual box isn't strong. Manual iLoads are detuned over autos. This thing will probably blow the box apart!
The iload and h100 share the same gearbox?
Couldn't you just plug the two matching ends of the extra plug together?

Any feedback please
gave that pulsar a good run for its money
76 mph that's better than my bluebird.
Thats just a problem that the automatic diesel iloads have they cap out and dont change gears

99% of vag cars do that, you can heel and toe or left foot brake anymore without the car going haywire

nitrous might help against the torque management

wow always thought those signal benders were snake oil
half of them are.
many still are
They are. There’s isn’t a chip on the market that comes close to a remap
Some a quite risky if something happens to the signal.
Very odd coming from the Motorcycle racing world. Signal benders/piggybacks is all we really have for tuning.
I load the pieces of gear box in the back, an call my friend Lux or Ace for a tow.
Hi Ace could you bring your van down an give us a tow?
Needs a mini spool lol
iDrive and manually shift the gears
That’s what I mean saying van life))
I used to work on these things. The VGT vanes jam up and you get max boost pressure. 45 to 50psi isn't uncommon, and they rip!
Do you know if the gearbox is the same as the h100?
I hope you guys don’t blow your iLoad!!! hahahahaha
Still waiting for your reply back
Ecu Remapping will give you 142kw
Told u before, service the auto
Wow motive DVD promoting chips 🤦🏻♂️ this ain’t it son
Btw 20kw? 99kw before mods and service, 104kw after and 114kw after the chip........
