a. Change patient’s position every 2 hours
b. Inspect all the pressure point daily
c. Use lubricants or emollients on skin bed
d. Use supporting devices like airbed and waterbed
e. Provide wrinkle free bed
f. Keep bed moisture free
g. Never drag or pull patient rich diet
h. Maintain hydration
