Can the technique you demonstrate here be used to create 'window pulls' in real estate photography ?

Nice tips! Any videos on how to use the tools? I am new and not having much luck with them. It would help to know what are the top 10 tools that people use the most and how to activate them. Also, when I select Noise Reduction>>>Luminesce or Colors, etc., it doesn't seem to do anything at all. I compare split before and after and also the Histogram doesn't change- at all. I'm using a current trial version of Affinity. I am new to photo editing- my budget is up to $250. I was thinking of using Affinity + Neo. Is that good, or do you recommend any other software? I want HDR and Pano Stitching. I will not pay a subscription. Downloaded GIMP but could not figure it out.

I tried this and found affinity hdr merge for raw not sharp. It made it worst than raw file itself. Is it bad for hdr merge?
