The Koreans tried to stage a comeback in the second game but it was too late as the Japanese held their ground to deny them the match.
Takamatsu (and especially Matsutomo) were just too good this whole tournament !! Really nice to see. Still think that Fukuhiro would have given them a much tougher time though.

Arisa Higashino can really jump smash at the baseline, the others are Yu Yang, Chen Qingchen, Du Yue, Li Yinhui, Huang Dongping, Du Jing, Zhong Qianxin, Kamilla Rytter Juhl, etc. and more vintage players such Deyana Lomban, Zhang Yawen, Saralee Thoungthokam, and others

このファイナルの決勝はもう何度見たか知れません、それ程飽きないし面白い試合でした、二人のコンビネーションの良さ、高橋先輩のスマッシュコースの鋭さ松友ちゃんのキレのある前衛さばき等々、改めてタカマツペアの最強ぶりを認識させられました。結構辛口の男性コメンテーターもかなり松友ちゃんを褒めていて、もし彼女がミスをしたとしてもそれはより強くなる為、より前衛での仕事をする為、そして2020東京五輪へ向けての進化を計る為に色々チャレンジしているのだろうと言ってました。五輪レースが始まってよりきついこれからの１年間にはなりますが、二人の絆をもってすればきっと乗り越えて東京五輪に出てくると信じてます、そして連覇も夢ではないでしょう、楽しみながら無理せずファイトです。
