- Sky New host Danica De Giorgio says the justice system in Australia is “letting women down” as the country sees a rise in violence against women.
“We found out this week the justice system is letting women down,” Ms De Giorgio said.
“Yet all we have heard is talk, talk of inquiries, reports.
“All the while, the national plan is clearly not working.
“It is too late, women are sitting ducks, how much longer can we wait to see results while one woman is killed every four days, that statistic is frightening.”

9 people a week are committing suicide in Australia. 8 of them are men. And a large number of them are being screwed over by the family court and their ex wife’s. Also domestic violence would be taken seriously if it wasn’t used as a tactic in most custody cases. The first thing police check in any child safety matters is if there is a custody dispute and those cases go to the bottom of the heap.

Assault is at the lowest rate it has ever been, 1.7%.
Workplace deaths are more than 5 times the murder rate.
Workplace serious workers’ compensation claims, 4%.
26 women “Allegedly” died to a male perpetrator. Key word allegedly, we don’t know if these 26 perpetrators identified as males and neither do we know if the victims identified as female. In this day and age where a man can be female and a female can be male I think we all need to respect the identities of all people involved 😂

Rightly so. The so called family court in Australia have let down men for decades. Custody battles. Etc. Women are not the only victims here, though they seem when it comes to violence the all too frequent recipients of it.
Approximately 2000 innocent un born lives are terminated weekly in Australian clinics. Just who is the biggest perpetrators of DV? Have a royal commission into feminism, the courts and Cops.
As a male victim of an abusive mother, resulting in me being removed from home by social services at 8 years old then put up for adoption, I find it offensive that activists want to rebrand "domestic violence" as "male violence"; women are perpetrators too
Well Family Law courts aren't. Divorces don't.
Why is violence against men okay but it's not okay against women? Address this issue and you will find an end to domestic violence. Women get away with violence, men do not. Maybe we should be asking why women are choosing partners who have such violent tendencies? I'm not trying to blame women but it takes two to tango and lots of women seem to be attracted to the "bad boy" image so shouldn't they take at least some responsibility for their choice of partner? 26 or even 1 death from DV is terrible but it doesn't reflect on the whole male population as some people appear to be implying.. We also now have lots of other "cultures" sharing our nation... some of which carry the baggage of honour killings and domestic violence. Mental health is undoubtedly also an issue in DV cases too.
