My spouse is originally from the VI, but we have big love for the island of PR and its people. In St.Croix there was once a famous PR restaurant in Frederiksted, called Villa Morales.

I lived and worked on STT at the Air Traffic Control Tower at the Airport for 5 years... and the people and the Island people are so.... NICE. Ive followed the Island music from Quito and Foxy to all the entertainers that have crossed the many stages of Charlotte Amalie and all the little Harbors and Hide a ways that lie across the island. A Special Tribute to a great Sailors Bar on St.Thomas East End called LATITUDE 18, at the DEAD-END of the worst road on St.Thomas... I gave these directions... "Where the Road-In.... Will drive you to Drink... and the Road-Out... Will Make you SOBER!"
I LOVE my Island Friends and all the Music I cherished and danced to there...as I learned to drink my Rum & Cokes like a real Sailor! (and I got pretty good at it).
