    Lookin’ good today Renee! Looks like you found a few treasures amongst the rubble. What you’re doing is like mining for gold- you have to move a whole lot of rock to find those few valuable nuggets. Looking forward to the next one!

    Hello Renee. Come on Renee you would look great in a Hooters tank top, lol 😂. I’m glad you get to do this . It’s fun to see. That mask was great, I’m glad you didn’t fall on those stairs, but it was priceless. You make it fun working. Just another reason why your friend has you work with him. Hope you find more great pictures and a few more scrapbook’s we be cool . Take care. 🕵🏼‍♀️🕵🏼‍♀️🕵🏼‍♀️🕵🏼‍♀️☕️🫖☕️🫖🥳🥳💯💯💯💯💯

    Nice video - always interesting to see other people's homes (though millionaire "leave-behinds" look kind of like what I might leave behind :).). Good find on the military photos. I will confess these videos sometimes make me tired just thinking about all you have to move but, as you say, that's the business! At the risk of igniting terrible controversy and even factionalism, I hope gold bathroom fixtures remain a thing of the '90s. But that's just my taste - everyone should have what they like in their own homes, right?

      My friend was able to get a lot of helping hands to move the bigger furniture, thankfully! On this day, pretty much everything on the 2nd floor was moved downstairs, so that was a big help.

      Good grief, I’d forgot about gold bathroom fixtures. My parents had them. I’m with you, leave them in the 80s/90s!

    2:20 "And now we´re going to the east wing" , next good one, lol ! 900 k for this property might not be too high, depends on how many acres are around this building. Nice discussions between Anthony and his buddy in the background. Not your "ideal cleanout", but nice pickups though. The Victorian stuff will come, Renée, check your mail during the next weeks :-). Painters are coming in & the carpets are going to be ripped out, with new carpet throughout the entire house. A few cosmetic touch-ups will be necessary too, but I think it will easily be listed for at least 900k. Not my style of house, but with the real estate market here, it will not be on the market long!

    I don't understand why you keep saying it's not exciting to clean out a home like that. It looks pretty exciting to me! And there must be money to be made. I understand that you want to find vintage stuff but you never know what you might find. For e.g.. that wicker chair is so 'in' at the mo. They sell for loads.

    • @PaperandMoose
      @PaperandMoose  2 роки тому +1

      I think I say "not exciting" because many people in the world of reselling, especially on UA-cam, are drawn to the "exciting" finds. I show the reality side of cleanouts and what they entail, which is fine by me!
