Writing from the US.... Her family is wealthy this condition can be successfully treated here. Research and find where she can receive treatment in the US. Family money should allow for both of them to come here. She will need her husband's support, he should be with her.

Nocturnal enuresis or bedwetting is a treatable condition whose interventions include dietary changes, non-conventional medicine, and conventional medicine. I don't see why it's a big deal in the marriage especially considering money is available for accessing the treatment.

I feel like all the man wouldn't be feeling all this if he truly loved the woman! Firstly, you married her for money not for love.
