The series an original story in the Fallout universe, not an adaptation of one of the games. It is canon, though.
The most recent canon, in fact.
Vaults 31, 32, and 33 are unique in that they are connected to each other with internal vault doors as well as external doors to the outside. No other vaults had direct connections with each other.
Lucy's intro was like a character creation in Fallot 3 down to the tagged skills.
Max seems to be a Fallot 4 luck and endurance build with the idiot savant perk. So he can fail up in life.
And Coop is the NV Luck build with the strategy to max out all skills.
I also thought of Denzel Washington when I saw Maximus actor. He even uses a few quirks that are very characteristic of Denzel, like his slight hesitation/stutter
I think they call this "Atom Punk". This is the future they dreamed of, in the 1950s. Or if you prefer, Post Apocalyptic Retro Futurism, is a more technical term.
Despite the violence of the series, raider dude using that curtain, is the most savage thing in the show.
Dude, no kidding. People talk about Cook Cook from Fallout NV, but this dude Monty is a straight up freak.
Especially when you consider that the curtain is probably a form of fibreglass, and he came away with splinters

When you are able to can you please react to the Saban’s Power Rangers 2017 Movie!!! It is a very goooood movie and sadly underrated. You may look at the name and think it is childish and cheesy. But it is hilarious and shows the growth of friendship and trustworthy. I swear it is a must watch.❤🎉
try the first 2 fallout games too, they have a learning curve especially since I was born 2 years after they released, but they are soo good once you work out the system
I’d reframe what you say about Fallout drawing on the 50s aesthetic/feel, rather than representing “better more innocent times” the setting uses them to show a superficial/nostalgic veneer of “good times” papering over the much darker realities. The privileged few living that supposedly “better” life only by pretending the rest of the world doesn’t exist.
In MY opinion, the pinnacle Fallout game was Fallout: New Vegas. I lost interest in Fallout 4 because I wanted to play Fallout, not a Building Simulator. Fallout 76 never appealed to me enough to even try it. This series is based on Fallout: New Vegas more than Fallout 3/4/76 based on the location and the factions involved. There are callbacks to the first two Fallout games too.

I recommend to not play 76 as your 1st couple fallout games. It doest build on the world of fallout as well as 3 and new vegas would. It's up to you though.
Downloaded Fallout 3 and New Vegas and deleted 78.

@@DeanBarryStuff I tried Fallout 3 a few days ago. The game came out a long time ago so the graphics may not impress relative to modern eye-candy games.
Fallout 76 isn't a real game. It's a phone game, that you can play on other platforms. Its nothing more than money extraction software, similar to Candy Crush. There is no there there.
