- This machine is a one shot depositer. The machine makes filled bonbons with one shot. Amazing technique. The filling is a ready bought filling. This is more about the machine. When i am not making chocolates by hand, i work for this company. I don´t get payed anything from my company, for showing this video. Next time i will be back with more handmade stuff. An interesting diversion from what we’re accustomed to from your UA-cam, but nicely done as always. Obviously, the capacity of this machine is, well, “industrial” to say the least! WOW thanks, I didn´t know machines could do that. Not all machines ar bad as Terminator :). I see that the chocolate shells are a bit thick. Do you think hand-made bonbons are better than bonbons made in this machine? Thank you
😀. Handmade is allways better😉. The shells kan be thinner. But the machine has limits😎
Hi, love the video. I see that your filling is ready bought, however if I would like to make my own ganache or praline, is there any machine you recommend for a production line large enough to require a one shot mahcine?

El chocolate y el relleno salen por las boquillas casi simultáneamente.
Pero, primero un poco de chocolate, relleno de semillas y chocolate al mismo tiempo, luego solo chocolate.
