I made it! I saw recently a report saying the holes in swiss cheese are actually caused by teeny tiny particles of straw in the milk. I love all the experimentation going on here!
@4GraceCreations I used red. I used the red mesh bag from Baby Bell cheese and then I wrote out the word "cheese" in Hebrew (my native language). Thank you for the encouraging words! Hugs & Blessings
I love all kinds of cheese. I have a piece of cheese with my muffin and coffee every morning. One of my favorite cheese spreads is port wine cheese. No wine in it but the cheese has a fabulous flavor. Yes, I love Swiss cheese especially with ham. The holes are caused by a specific bacteria Propionibacterium shermanii added during the making process. I made it and we had fun!

I think Swiss cheese holes are from bacteria eating it, but i might be remembering wrong. I might have to try that kerigold cheese. No snow here; just rain. I think that's all I was going to comment on. Love your positive attitude even when things don't go perfectly. Love&hugs ❤
