A most famous shop of "Kanjiwada" in India in Jain Chaat bhandar haridwar.Recently i was in haridwar and whosoever foody comes to haridwar he eats alot of fried food here like pura,batora,samosa etc because these things are very tasty and famous in "Har ki pauri" and after eating such heavy stuff everyone goes to jain chaat bhandar.
Jain chaat bhandar is very for delicious items which helps in digesting all the food.Most famous is kanjiwada here and they serve gol gappa and magic chaat here.Magic chaat is baically a chat papdi but they serve everything on leaf based plates and in very tradional manner.
The day i visited Jain chat bhandar the shop had hundreds of customer and it wad fully packed and kind of houseful.Jain uncle was serving magic chat and kanjiwada that day and kanjiwada had a smell it it.
It was smelly that i thought not to try it but jain uncle said due to high summer it has a smell but it doess not mean its not fresh and infact he had 5 posters in his shop in which it was written that "people can try kanjiwada for their liver health but it is kind of a medicine its not prepared for taste".I tried magic chat which was good but i did not try kanjiwada.
Whenever you also go to this shop.I will not advise you for kanjiwada due to smell but yes you can try magic chat.
