I really don't think many people realize how incredibly tough it is to finish the game on 1 credit alone, and even fewer can reach the exclusive no death club. Great job here. I must disagree about Guys "rebound" kick being awesome. There are not many useful spots for it in the game and relying on the infinite combo is one effective measure of survival. El Gados/Hollywoods really work one over on Guy.

nicely played. this is a hard game. it is made even harder by the fact that the computer will cheat and adjust slightly each time its played. i can complete this game with cody and guy with 1 credit and no loss of life.
That can be done with Cody and Guy because they have similar combos with light-light-mid-MID-hard punches. I've done that movement myself for years, just punch'em twice if it's Cody or three times if it's Guy, then turn to throw the MID punch and right after that turn again to re-start their combos. I can't tell if it works with haggar because I don't choose him to play. I hate that slow guy since the time I picked him by mistake and lasted less than 3min in the actual arcade Final Fight.

That was it, he was just being a good friend.
Yes and just like every other half with that uploads their play of this game, when it comes to level four, the industrial area, the fire can't touch them. And when it comes to level five the bay area, they skip past some of the enemies... That's just cheating.
Fire can't hit him because he stands between the fires. Skipping enemies is a choice - not cheating. You can fight them or skip them like in thousands of other games.
