As a victim of phone addiction I am speaking for my side and these people who are under these victimization of dopamine , it is very sad but when we don't have our phone for some reason we lose our mind, we go crazy , we go mad 💢 demanding for our devices back

I know the title and anticipation was the story about the guy who sold his kidney but out of all of this I think the worse one was the 12 year old who would try and take the life of the person who raised her. The mother gave birth, gave her a roof, clothed her, feed her and try to teach her (I'm pretty sure taking away her iPhone was for some very good reasons) and yet she would try and take her own mother's life? I feel terrible for the mother for what she has to go through. One of the people she cared and loved the most has attempted to take her life twice! That kid is a psychopath. It's scary to even think what that kid will do when she grows up.
All the others were terrible of course too but I do think the girl who tried to take her own mother's life was the worse.
It's unbelievable for what the others are trying to do. Also the dude who is renting his gf for like 1 dollar?! Seriously not only is his morals terrible but he is also just stupid and or lazy because I'm an hour of work you can make more than 1 dollar.
It's rage inducing for what some of these people are doing to get the iphone6.
The parents who sold their own baby for some money to buy a phone I really wouldn't trust them to take back the baby. Some of these people are just crazy as it's simply showing they are willing to do anything to get a new fancy phone. Well maybe not everything for all of them since some of them could have worked for it, they won't get it straight away but they will get it over time.
What I don't understand is why some of them feel such a need to get the latest/newest version. I mean if you got the money great but if you don't just save up until you can or get an older version. An older version cost a lot less money and all things will get old over time. Keeping up with the latest version will just cost a lot of money and you're likely better off not keeping up with the trend.
Keeping up with the latest model is never worth it unless if you have the money that you can comfortably spend. Keeping up with the latest stuff never ends in my view. You got phones, gaming consoles, games, clothes and brands of clothes etc.

For high end games a Nintendo switch, steam deck are more powerful then a android/iphone and android is more then enough to play simple games. Some don’t play high end games at all. Samsung and google has upped their security in the last 5 years, still have the 6 year old androids that work, no security issues. Just because you own an expensive iPhone or android doesn’t mean your superior or rich, it means you’ve been got by a technology company. These companies play you and the media, they want you to buy the latest and greatest so you can show off. It’s embarrassing what people will do for an iPhone that will depreciate in value in the next couple of years. Consumerism at it’s finest.
