1:10 - Oh yes, Evil Dead 2/old smelly, nice to see one of those still in box so to speak. They used to make a sound if you push the eyeball but I doubt if any of them do that anymore. A couple of really nice stores there, looks like the ones you could get lost in for an afternoon (or more). Fun and interesting haul, thanks!
Brigitte Lahaie is the Bomb!! I've got most of the films you can get of hers in the states and some you can't and when the boutique labels (severin) release her stuff on blu I try and get it. That auto looked pretty cool. Just rewatched Knock Knock last night, it's got Ana de Armas in it too.
@@Dark.RoomReviews I have the blu so I passed on the VHS for now. I collect the horror tapes still but it wasn’t so low in price that I couldn’t just grab off the bay later if I wanted one.
I've seen Avenged, but I think it was a tamed down tv version.. Plaga Zombie is part of a Trilogy from Argentina, the originals are in Spanish.. think Tromaville stylelistically The Butcher is intense and extreme.. a mix cross of vacancy, hostel with pov found footage.. it definitely has its gore.. *Slight Spoiler Ending Opinion : the ending left me unsatisfied, with these kind of films your waiting for the intense get back revenge from the victim or victims and it felt a bit short for me in that aspect but I understand what they were going for with the ending
@@DG-nn9uh Avenged was decent but nothing special. It had its moments. Yes, I’m aware of the trilogy but haven’t seen one of them. So, hopefully I’ll dig it. The Butcher was alright, a little soft at times but loved the eye rip out. Yeah, agree with the ending going soft after it just started to get hard. 😂

@@kedrixdotnet yep, the sound is dead on this book too. I’ve come across them in the past but rarely still in the box.
Sci fi and thrillers from the vaults were pretty ggod!
@@richconroy5559 Yes! Old sci-fi and thrillers tend to work for me. Love seeing them in the wild.
Great stuff dude! I saw Food of the Gods. I’ve seen the second one and it’s nuts!
@@RetroTiburon yes! Gnaw! I have both of them and love the movies. Hoping since Kino re releasing the first one, we may get two later!
dam son the boxed dvds i would be in heaven looking though them, love looking for movies in the wild
@@MrTosh120 me too! Love getting lost in there and usually I’ll find something I’ve overlooked in the past as well.
The Butcher? I'm intrigued. Low budget sleeper maybe? 🐷
think of a cross of vacancy, hostel and pov found footage.. there was a version available on youtube at one time.. it is extreme
@@Holland_Oates it worked for me. Not the craziest thing I’ve ever seen, but has its moments for sure.
Quick movies run nice 👍
@@saraprestwood they run short and sweet
