Great review on two knives I really like. At @5:35, you referred to the drop point version of the Campero. That's actually called the Trampero. I like it too, but I'm partial to the Campero clip point. Keep up the great work, you've definitely got one of the best knife channels on UA-cam.
man that canary is so cool. i’ve been considering picking one up especially because i love the way dc53 sounds, it’s basically d2 but tougher which is right up my alley.
I generally don't like scales that have cavities and holes that catch gunk but that Canary is pretty slick. For $62 that would be worth getting a few and leaving them in each car and day pack for a quality beater. I like the thicker stock knives for a beater. Joker looks nice too but for $30 less I'd go Canary even with the stupid holes. I always get excited when you review fixies, hands just aren't up for folders anymore. I'll have to pick up a few Canary's once my knife budget refills a bit at the end of the summer, spent it all on the 1/1 and 4/1 TKell drop. I'd love to see you review some more of the TKell, saw the piranha vid, and some Lionsteel.
I have a Tkell that I should be reviewing soon and I just bought 4 or 5 new ones that I’ll do videos on and since y’all seem to like them I’ll continue to do them 👍🍻🍻
I switched from Campero (great knife) that you are presenting to Joker Nomad and Bushlord as the only drawback I could see in Campero was this slippery micarta finish so it was hard to use it in polar gloves.
Interested in the Joker Campero, I just ordered a Vosteed Raccoon aluminum and a Buck 119 special for the month, thinking about getting that Joker next month.
That’s one of the reasons why I started this channel 👍 I just bought 4 or 5 new high Value ones for the channel or at least I’m hoping they will be good 🍻🍻
Thanks for the reviews! What is new about this Campero? Just curious as I have one already from two years ago…thanks for your focus on fixed blades and edc!
Joker>esee for knife things for sure .... not sure on tough but esee definitely has a good reputation, esee won't get through skinning 1 lamb without needing touched up ... joker finished the 1st and got through 2 more that day
Joker Campero is an excellent knife. I fully agree you can't beat the fit and finish on these knives for the price. The knife was so sharp that when I put it in the sheath it cut through the sheath. Joker replaced it for me at no cost. I would recommend a Joker knife to anyone
Joker blades look beautiful esp for the price point . Their Nordico is one I've been looking at for a few years now. The market is so oversaturated with bushcraft knives , way to many options. They also have their new BUSHLORD which is basically a CASSTROM Lars Falt with thicker scales. $160 for that one though , which is odd compared to their other lowcost library.
I'm not a big fixed blade fan (I have between 50-100 folders, maybe 3 fixed blades...) but the canary looks nice. I like the QSPs I have. But I'm w/ Stassa, I would prefer one a little smaller. Maybe 3.5- 3.75" but this is just more than I need or can comfortably carry as an EDC given the other gear I usually carry. And the 8CR is new to me. If anyone has a lot of experience w/ that steel, please lmk how you like it.
@@Stassa23 yes, I don't believe I've ever had a knife w/ that steel. Reading about it, it seems to be tough w/ good edge retention but I have no experience w/ it.
Spain makes a lot of good knives and guns, or at least used to make amazing guns. Joker is highly underrated, I have one of their convex knives and it compares to my bark river at 1/3 the cost.
Saludos. Te recomiendo que pruebes el joker nomad. Probablemente de los tres mejores cuchillos españoles. Un abrazo y gracias como siempre por tu tiempo
Those are too big to be practical for me, but they're both excellent! Especially the Joker. Above all, a larger fixed blade should have good ergonomics.
Joker knives are no joke. Have several of them.
I'm considering adding a Joker to my collection. How does the blade hold up? Does it keep a good edge for you?
Bought my first Joker, the Joker Ember, absolutely love it
My personnel favorites are 4-5.5" blades. Love to see more "all purpose" camp knives". Great videos !
Dude perfect! I’ve been looking at these two for months trying to decide
That’s awesome I hope it helps you decide 👍

Another great review. The Canary is beautiful and yes, wish it was a bit smaller. The Joker is on my buy list.
Thanks for showing these! I picked up a Joker in the drop point with the Olive Wood handles. It will make a great beater bushcraft knife!
I managed to get a really good edge on my Canary. I like the new steel.
Both really cool choices. Love watching these. Thanks for sharing
I just bought a Joker Montanero, and love it!
I just picked up a Geo-tec and 2 Miguel Nieto
Great review and thanks for doing your homework! Love seeing the practical use and testing
great testing as always
You're the goat Stassa! Been looking at review for the Canary so glad you tested it!

@@Stassa23 Looking forward to it. 👍
Amen to TKell reviews! Love them and have many!
Thanks for all the EDC fixed blade reviews! Love Lionsteel and Joker for value…TKell has some amazing blades for EDC as well!
Have you ever reviewed any of the Winkler knives?
Great video, as always. I bought two of the Canaries. SWEET.
I switched from Campero (great knife) that you are presenting to Joker Nomad and Bushlord as the only drawback I could see in Campero was this slippery micarta finish so it was hard to use it in polar gloves.
I have the Joker "Erizo", it's now my favorite EDC. The Campero should make a great camping knife.
Interested in the Joker Campero, I just ordered a Vosteed Raccoon aluminum and a Buck 119 special for the month, thinking about getting that Joker next month.
Thanks for sharing these.
Loving the high value fixed blade reviews! I got the OLITANS G043 and I love it thus far. Thanks man!
That’s one of the reasons why I started this channel 👍 I just bought 4 or 5 new high Value ones for the channel or at least I’m hoping they will be good 🍻🍻
Have a Joker Nesmuck that has been amazing.

nice video…. I do own an Esee PR4, would you buy the Campero? Joker knives are great

Those are edc for me. Love to see them.
I like the canary but it needs a lanyard attachment point. There’s already holes everywhere & the other has it. Why the omission?

I've got the campero ... its an awesome knife
More fixed blades please!
Both of those look fantastic 👌👌
The Joker is so comfortable and I love how it performs the Qsp will make a great truck knife or pack knife it’s pretty overbuilt 🍻
Both look pretty good
Joker you cant beat the quality

Agreed. When I go to the gun club, I have my Joker bush craftet with me . Good quality meets reasonable price. If I have to dig a case out. No fear.

Very nice. Go big or go home😊

That's an edc in my book
