Then i binged read it all, being stopped temporarily only by my body's needs and functions while my mind and soul was screaming to keep on reading. Lotm is peak; nothing can knock this down from my top 1 ranking.

no, none of his novels, apart from the mystery series, share a universe, they even asked that when he released "Embers Ad Infinitum", and he said that the mystery series is already complete and closed in itself, adding more things it would just mess up unnecessarily. Besides, the world and power configurations of his other novels are completely incompatible.
The MC Throne of Magical Arcana theory alternative universes time space plus similarity with LOTM make more sense for my point of view but respect author answer.
I've been listening to audio books of LOTM. It has been a discovery. It is amazing. This story and Shadow Slave has been discoveries to me. They are so good it is crazy, how good they are.
Lotm is easily Top 1 for me. ORV was good but the constant plot devices in the story made it way less enjoyable for me. Of course, I enjoyed Gigantomachia and the Great War of Saints and Devils, I find Lotm peaks to be soooo much better. Also, the epilogue. I quite liked it and thoroughly enjoyed it but found it to somewhat ehh. Don't know what it is with that. ORV is easily top 3 but I find Lotm to be a tad bit better.
And you’re not wrong to say that honestly😭! For me it’s the opposite I feel like ORV had more emotional impact compared to LOTM and its characters were more fleshed out for me than LOTM. But it’s not like Cuttlefish writing is trash it’s really good, just ShingSong does it better for me.

I’ll throw in JJK season 2 ost too because of Malevolent Shrine for a much later and chaotic fight scene in the later final arcs of Lotm.

i love SS but it still doesn't compare to LOTM, the world building, the power system and others, LOTM is so much more. The first volume is considered slow by a lot of people hence why you would consider it worse than sunny's first nightmare but keep reading and you'll see how good it is.
Fr bro, the fight starts from Utopia and ends in Sefirah Castle was just mind boggling 5D chess involving multiple gods, I had to stop multiple times to write a summary about events in simplified manner to clear my head from confusion, then continue it. And I did this on my 2nd read when I already knew the outcome. But my biggest shock was chpt 1166 "it's name". When Amon dropped the C-word. Following subsequent chpt me and Klein were sharing same braincell and processing the revelation.. Only to realise what ever I experience upto that point was built on a lie. 🫠

i love SS but it still doesn't compare to LOTM, the world building, the power system and others, LOTM is so much more. The first volume is considered slow by a lot of people hence why you would consider it worse than sunny's first nightmare but keep reading and you'll see how good it is.

Fr bro, the fight starts from Utopia and ends in Sefirah Castle was just mind boggling 5D chess involving multiple gods, I had to stop multiple times to write a summary about events in simplified manner to clear my head from confusion, then continue it. And I did this on my 2nd read when I already knew the outcome.
But my biggest shock was chpt 1166 "it's name". When Amon dropped the C-word. Following subsequent chpt me and Klein were sharing same braincell and processing the revelation.. Only to realise what ever I experience upto that point was built on a lie. 🫠
